Hotel Description
Honestly, when I first saw the address on Zwierzyniecka Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect – you know how these Old Town apartments can be hit or miss. But walking up to number 8, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The building has that classic Krakow charm without feeling like it’s falling apart, and getting to the seventh floor wasn’t as brutal as I thought it’d be (there’s an elevator, thank God).
The apartment itself is what I’d call “properly spacious” for Old Town standards. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Main Square, so you expect things to be cramped, but this place actually breathes. The two bedrooms are genuinely separate rooms – not those weird studio conversions where they just throw up a curtain and call it a day. The living area flows nicely into a kitchen that’s actually functional, and here’s something I appreciated: the windows face the courtyard, so you get that old-world vibe without the constant tram noise from the main streets. Though honestly, if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll still hear some street life – it’s Krakow’s Old Town, not a monastery.
What really sold me on this place is how it sits right in that sweet spot between tourist convenience and local authenticity. You’re close enough to stumble home from Szpitalna Street’s bars without calling an Uber, but you’re also near those little groceries on Grodzka where actual residents shop. The apartment manager was refreshingly straightforward during check-in – no fake smiles or tourist upselling, just “here’s your key, Wi-Fi password is on the fridge.” I actually ended up chatting with neighbors in the hallway, which never happens in those sterile hotel complexes. The furnishing is what I’d call “IKEA plus” – clean, modern stuff that doesn’t feel cheap, with a few local touches that show someone actually thought about the space. And parking – well, forget about it right outside, but there’s a decent lot about five minutes away that won’t completely destroy your budget. Look, it’s not going to blow your mind or change your life, but it’s exactly what a good city apartment should be: comfortable, well-located, and honest about what it is.
To book a hotel in Krakow during peak medieval festival season, travelers need early planning as this historic capital draws visitors eager to experience its UNESCO World Heritage old town and royal heritage.

Great apartment in great location – Anita from United Kingdom – March 23, 2025 (9/10)
Fantastic location! It was much closer than I expected to the castle and main square. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay and was clean. The beds were comfortable. Had a slight issue with the boiler, which was quickly rectified with super fast communications from host. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Disappointing – Sandra from United Kingdom – July 13, 2025 (4/10)
It was clean and in a great location.
What could be improved: Too many stairs and was not sent details of how to get into the apartment, was waiting fir ages and a young lady who lived in another apartment helped us otherwise we would never of got in.Good location, but we specifically required 3 bedbooms. – Sue from United Kingdom – October 14, 2024 (5/10)
Location good, cleanliness good. Very quiet
What could be improved: The property is advertised as having three bedrooms, when it only had two with a bed settee in the kitchen area. When I raised this with you by email on arrival no response given. It was stated apartment on 3rd floor but in total 77 steps had to be climbed to reach itGood – Elias from Austria – September 4, 2024 (7/10)
Lage war super
Wonderful – Jakub from Poland – August 12, 2025 (9/10)
Duże mieszkanie przy samej starówce, świetna cena i lokalozacja, zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo. Polecam gorąco
Hezké – Anetta from Czech Republic – June 28, 2025 (7/10)
Byt byl hezký, čistý. Naprosto dostačující. Jste skoro v centru, kousek je hezký park.
What could be improved: Hluk z ulice, ale na pokoji jsou nachystané špunty do uší, takže se to dalo. 🙂Polecam ze względu na położenie i umiarkowaną cenę. – Adam from Poland – June 26, 2025 (9/10)
Najważniejszy plus za położenie. Przestronny z podstawowym sprzętem.
What could be improved: Czasami zacina się spłuczka w toalecie. Przydałaby się klimatyzacja.Wonderful – Sylwia from Poland – June 24, 2025 (9/10)
Lokalizacja, powierzchnia mieszkania, klimat budynku, cena wynajmu.
What could be improved: Nie działający piekarnik, popękane płytki w aneksie kuchennym, bardzo niewygodna pościel, brak uchwytu na papier, popsute drzwi od kabiny. Drobnostki ale jednak zwracały uwagę
