The thing that hits you first is how quiet everything is. Not dead quiet, mind you, but that comfortable residential hum where you can actually hear yourself think. The apartments themselves feel more like someone’s well-loved home than a hotel room – there’s this lived-in quality to the furniture and layout that’s actually really refreshing. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional too (I’ve stayed in plenty of places where the “kitchenette” is basically decorative). You can tell they’ve thought about what people actually need when they’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The lighting is warm and natural, not those harsh overhead bulbs that make everything look like a medical examination.

What really won me over, though, was the attention to details that most places completely overlook. The shower has proper water pressure – like, actually hot water that stays hot. The Wi-Fi works everywhere, including that weird dead zone that every apartment seems to have near the bathroom. And the beds? Look, I’m picky about mattresses, but I slept better here than I have at places charging twice as much. There’s something to be said for management that actually cares about the guest experience rather than just checking boxes. The check-in process was refreshingly human too – no rushing, no upselling, just genuine helpfulness. I asked about the best time to avoid crowds at the local market, and instead of a blank stare, I got detailed directions and a recommendation for the best coffee stand. That kind of local knowledge makes such a difference when you’re trying to experience a place like an actual person rather than a tourist with a target on your back. Sure, it’s not fancy in that marble-lobby, gold-fixtures way, but it’s comfortable in all the ways that actually matter when you’re living somewhere temporarily.

  Fantastic place 10-minute walk from Kraków Łobzów in a new apartment complex. The building is situated rather far from the street and train line, so you shouldn't be bothered by the street/train noises. Apartment was super clean with fresh towels and bedding. Very-fast wi-fi (I was working remotely and attending Team meetings with no lags). Big balcony facing inner yard, big bathroom with a washing machine. Quite OK equipped kitchen (utensils, pots, cuttlery, plates, etc.) with a coffee machine (nespresso) and a microwave. Place seems to be newly renovated, everything has a nice fresh and clean feeling. Very nice and quickly responding owner.

  The apartment looks very new and has everything needed for a comfortable stay for a few days. There are supermarkets and places to eat nearby and the commute to the center is easy with taxi or uber.

  it's very nice place in new building, we have traveled with car and for us important to have a good car spot. Internet is quite quick, but i had few issues during the calls, seems like router had some temporary problems, but in general it's okay. many thanks for some kids toys, my son was very happy to find them, it's not new, but anyway it's cute.
