  Everything was great. The room was a good size and it was new and clean. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well and was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to everything but in a quiet street.

  Beautiful rooms, clean, spacious and have everything you need for a stay away from home. The staff went extra mile with special touches for my Mothers birthday and were extremely helpful and kind. 🙂

  Beautifully presented art deco style hotel in the most perfect location in krakow.
  Staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you.
  Our room was lovely with plenty of space, high ceilings and a balcony.
  All the facilities you would expect from a top notch hotel were available.
  If you require trips arranged, transfers to anywhere, a taxi booked they can do this for you.
  The hotel even has a gym and sauna (which I used for the princely sum of £6 for 1hour)
