You know what? Angel City MARCO surprised me – and I mean that in a good way. When I first pulled up, honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place, but there’s something about this hotel that just works. The building has this understated charm that grows on you, sort of like finding a great neighborhood restaurant that doesn’t need flashy signs to prove itself.

The lobby hits that sweet spot between comfortable and clean without trying too hard to impress anyone. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no overeager staff pushing upgrades or interrogating you about your travel plans. Just friendly, efficient service from people who actually seem to know what they’re doing. I appreciated that they didn’t make me wait around while they “prepared” my room at 4 PM. The rooms themselves are what I’d call thoughtfully simple. Everything you need is there, the bed’s actually comfortable (trust me, I’ve stayed in plenty of places where it wasn’t), and the bathroom has decent water pressure – something you learn to never take for granted after a few travel mishaps.

What really won me over, though, was how the hotel fits into its surroundings. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble here. There’s real city life happening around you, which means actual good food within walking distance and a genuine sense of place. The neighborhood has that lived-in quality where locals are grabbing coffee in the morning and you can find a decent meal without consulting three different apps. Parking was easier than I expected – not always a given in the city – and the area felt safe walking around in the evening. The hotel’s got a 7.9 rating, and honestly, that feels about right. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, but it delivers on what it promises. The staff clearly takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and you can tell they’ve figured out the small details that make a stay comfortable rather than just tolerable. Would I stay here again? Yeah, definitely. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t overwhelm you with unnecessary bells and whistles but gives you exactly what you need to feel at home while you’re exploring the city.

  The apartment is in a newly built, well-maintained building, also the location is perfect. The train station and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away, and the city center is also easily accessible on foot. The host provided clear instructions regarding the self-check-in. Everything went smoothly, and the staff is very kind. Just make sure you have WhatsApp on your phone.😊

  The location and standard of the apartment is excellent. Really good place for business trip if you don't need big spaces. Very clean and welcoming.

  The location is the best,walking distance from the main station and old town.We didn't use public transportation at all while we were there.
  The size of the room is not big but big enough with a small kitchen,dinning table with street view.The room is so clean and modern decoration.
