You know what struck me first about Apartament Clover? It’s tucked away on this tree-lined stretch of Słowackiego that feels more residential than touristy, even though you’re literally in Old Town. I mean, you’ve got the medieval charm without the constant flow of tour groups right outside your window – which honestly makes all the difference when you’re trying to sleep in.

The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that’s way better than sterile hotel rooms. Actually, the whole setup feels like you’re staying at a friend’s place who happens to have really good taste in furniture and knows how to stock a kitchen properly. The windows are these tall, old-school European ones that let in amazing light during the day, and you can actually hear birds in the morning instead of just traffic. What I loved is that you’re close enough to walk to Market Square in maybe ten minutes, but far enough that you escape that carnival atmosphere when you want some peace. The building has character too – you know those solid pre-war structures that feel like they’ll outlast everything modern around them.

Parking was surprisingly manageable (and trust me, I was stressed about this before arriving), though you’ll want to ask them about the specific streets where you can leave your car overnight without getting ticketed. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that corporate hotel bureaucracy where they need seventeen forms of ID. I actually ended up chatting with the host about local restaurant recommendations, and they steered me toward this tiny pierogi place on Karmelicka that I never would’ve found otherwise. The neighborhood itself comes alive in the evenings when locals are heading home from work, grabbing groceries, walking their dogs – it feels authentic in a way that the main tourist corridors don’t. There’s a small grocery store practically next door, which saved me multiple times when I needed coffee or forgot to grab lunch. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the building entrance can be a bit tricky to find at first (it’s sort of tucked back from the main street), but honestly that adds to the local feeling once you get used to it. With a 9.1 rating, it’s clear other people have figured out what makes this place special – it’s that sweet spot where you feel connected to actual Krakow life while still being steps away from all the must-see stuff.

  Byliśmy w dwie pary i najbardziej nam się podobało że były dwie sypialnie z podwójnymi łóżkami.

  What could be improved: A címében a házszám mellett a lakás száma (39) is szerepel és ezért a telefonos navigáció 500 méterrel távolabb vitt minket, így nem találtuk meg a szállást. Telefonon tudtunk kapcsolatba lépni a tulajdonossal aki segített, de legalább 1,5 óránk ment el.

  Adresa se sice hůř hledá, ale stojí to za to. Velmi blízko centra, krásné, čisté a pohodlné ubytování. Bezpečné parkování.

  Кімнати світлі, чисто, коли на вулиці було -9 градусів, то у квартирі було тепло. Є фен, кавоварка, праска, туалет окремий, ліжка мʼякі, постіль приємна
