  Apart from the obvious – fantastic location and beautiful clean apartment – we were really impressed with the service – lady we were in touch with was replying to texts in a split of a second and helped with everything we needed. Our flight was delayed and another lady waited over an hour longer for us than originally agreed, all with a smile and impeccable lovely attitude.   Very nice and kind hosts! Great location right in the middle between Kazimierz and Old Town. The room was very clean and well-made. Spa bath was better than I've experienced in others similar properties, powerful bubbles and self-cleaning mechanism after use. The design of the room was also very nice. Definitely worth to visit again! 🙂
