Honestly, when I first pulled up to 23A Siewna, I wasn’t sure what to expect – the name “moje miejsce na idealne wakacje” (my place for perfect holidays) felt like it might be overselling things. But you know what? After spending a few days in this apartment, I actually get why they’re so confident about it.

The location in Pradnik Biały is one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something locals have been keeping to themselves. It’s far enough from the tourist chaos of the Old Town that you can actually sleep at night (no drunk groups stumbling home at 3am), but close enough that a quick tram ride gets you right into the heart of Kraków. I mean, there’s something really satisfying about having your morning coffee in peace, then being at the Main Square in like 20 minutes. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel – you’ll see families walking to the nearby park, corner shops where the owner actually recognizes faces, that sort of authentic Polish residential vibe that’s getting harder to find.

What really won me over was how thoughtfully everything’s been set up inside. The apartment doesn’t try to be fancy – it just works really well. The kitchen actually has proper knives and more than one decent pan (you’d be amazed how rare that is), and there’s enough space to spread out without feeling like you’re living on top of each other. The Wi-Fi is solid, which honestly saved my trip since I had some work calls to handle. Parking was straightforward too, which – if you’ve ever tried to park in central Kraków – you’ll know is basically a small miracle. The whole check-in process was refreshingly simple; none of that awkward key-juggling or complicated instructions that leave you standing outside feeling like an idiot. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even during the day when the neighborhood’s busy. The windows do their job well, and the building itself seems solid. I slept better here than I have in some much pricier hotels, actually. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re someone who needs to be stumbling distance from nightlife, this isn’t your spot – but that’s exactly why it works so well for people who want to experience Kraków without the tourist circus. That 9.7 rating starts making sense when you realize how rare it is to find a place that just… gets it right without trying too hard.

  Cozy apartment with four separate bedrooms, the stay of our family of five was absolutely comfortable. One of the bedrooms has an incredible balcony with fresh flowers. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Bus and tram stops are next to the house, half an hour – you are in the center of the picturesque historical city. Two large supermarkets are next to the house. The friendly owner of the apartment was in touch all the time. Thank you for an incredible mini vacation!

  The apartment is very clean, big, convenient, comfortable and very quiet. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The washing machine is working. There is a parking lot near the house. It will be a great pleasure to stop again for a vacation.

  Amazing apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and clean, restaurants and food shops in walking distance.
  The tram is 2 minutes away, which took us to the old town Kraków.
  The host sent us a very detailed description how to get in the apartment, even free parking space is available.

  A nice, cozy and large apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We were 5 persons in 4 rooms with a nice balcony with beautiful flowers, so there were almost for everyone a separate room. Both the tram leaving to the center and an Auchan/Biedronka are at 5-7 min. walk. Parking place for the car included, the kitchen very well equipped, smooth procedure getting the keys and entering in to the apartment. Leszek provides all the information you need for your stay. Certainly a good choice for those who want to explore the city with their families and/or friends.

  Duże mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Były wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy w kuchni, tak samo jak w łazience. Fajnie, że była prostownica oraz krzesełko do jedzenia dla dziecka.
  Całe mieszkanie bardzo czyste.
  Jeżeli chodzi o dojazd na sam rynek to zajmuje 30 minut tramwajem, więc nie jest źle. Blisko plac zabaw oraz sklepy.
  Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.
