  Great location: close to everything (castle and old town, river) and quiet (courtyard-facing). The host is very helpful and provided extra items such as an iron/ironing board and a stool on request. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with good facilities (including air conditioning) and a shop located in the same building. There is a tram-stop and a very good public laundry nearby.

  Excellent location. Free underground parking. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was really friendly and always available if needed. Appartment’s AC was welcomed as well. I would come here again any time. Also just downstairs was a store (Zabka). And near old town, shops and restaurants but still away from the noise.

  We’ve had a wonderful stay in this apartment with the owner who is super helpful during all your stay, he has been able to meet us at night after a long trip even, just do not have enough words to explain how helpful he has been. The service has been excellent.
  
  The apartment is well equipped and in the perfect location – new building, the shop is near it, near the Wawel Castle, old town and the river, with lots of places for walking, especially with children. The parking slot in the underground parking has been helpful as well. The furniture is new, there is a washine machine, all kitchen equipment and there are modern heating systems, etc., great balcony, just lots of advantages of the new building. I hope we will have a chance to come back again in future. The district is very safe as well.
