You know what caught me off guard about this place? The view actually lives up to its name – and honestly, that’s rare when apartments promise “panoramic city views.” From the 28th floor on Beliny-Prażmowskiego (yeah, it’s a mouthful, but locals just call it the Grzegórzki area), you’re looking out over Krakow in a way that makes you appreciate how this city sprawls between old and new.

The location is sort of perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Krakow rather than just visiting it. You’re in Grzegórzki, which means you’re close enough to walk to the Old Town when the mood strikes – maybe 20 minutes if you don’t mind the stroll – but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos every time you step outside. There’s this great little bakery around the corner that I stumbled onto during my morning coffee runs, and the tram connections are actually solid (the 4 and 13 lines will get you pretty much anywhere you need to go). The building itself feels modern without being sterile, and I mean, the elevator works reliably – which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed in this city.

What really sold me on the apartment was how it felt lived-in rather than staged. The kitchen had everything I needed to make proper meals (the coffee maker was decent, thank god), and the Wi-Fi was strong enough that I could work from the little table by the window without wanting to throw my laptop out said window. The bed was comfortable – not luxury hotel soft, but the kind of firm that means you sleep well and wake up without a sore back. Street noise wasn’t really an issue, which surprised me given how close you are to the main thoroughfares. I think being up high helps with that. The only minor thing that bugged me was the shower pressure could’ve been stronger, but honestly, after long days exploring Krakow’s cobblestone streets, I was just happy to have hot water that lasted. The 8.3 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but it delivers on what it promises, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re traveling.

  the apartment is amazing !! it's big .. very comfortable and it has alot of space.. we came with 2 dogs they were so happy running around.. the owner she is super friendly and so nice to us.. the apartment has amazing view you can see all krakow..totally recommend for couple.. friends.. it has 2 separate bed rooms plus big saloon.. the owner even didn't charge us for the dogs.. the location is super nice.. it has alots of garden and green area..

  The hosts were polite and did share useful details about paid parking nearby and the app to use. Clean towels were provided, and the location is convenient — close to the city center, with good access to public transport, friendly neighbors, and a pleasant view from the window.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment in Kraków was quite disappointing. The photos on the listing were misleading, showing a much more modern, clean, and newer space than what we found in reality.
  
  There was visible mold around the windows, and several maintenance issues were evident — the shower had no holder for the showerhead, the doors were very difficult to close (requiring force), and the shower base leaked, soaking the bathroom mats. In the kitchen, a lamp cover had fallen off and was left unrepaired, adding to the neglected feel. Opening the kitchen cupboards released an unpleasant smell, and the dishes were dirty — we even found flies inside some of the glasses, which made us unwilling to cook or use the kitchenware.
  
  The sofa was stained, and the bedding storage clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time — very unpleasant. The entrance to the stairwell also had a strong, bad odor. Dust was everywhere, especially on handles and glass surfaces, giving the overall impression of poor hygiene.
  
  Although we were international tourists, all communication and information were provided only in Polish, which made things more difficult and time-consuming. On departure, we were asked to take out the trash ourselves and run the dishwasher, which felt like an inconvenience considering the state of the apartment.

  Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, przestronny i czysty. W budynku jest winda, więc dostanie się na siódme piętro nie nastręcza trudności.
  
  What could be improved: W lato bywa gorąco, chociaż gospodarz zapewnił wentylator. Wielka szkoda, że na wyposażeniu mieszkania nie ma kuchenki mikrofalowej – co dziwi, bo nie jest to drogi sprzęt, a pozostaje standardem w tego typu apartamentach.
