Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about Apartamenty Delecta? I was expecting another generic apartment hotel, but this place actually has personality. It sits on Limanowskiego in Podgórze – and if you’re not familiar with this part of Krakow, you’re missing out. This is the artsy side of the river, away from the tourist chaos of Old Town but still close enough that you can walk to Wawel Castle in maybe fifteen minutes. The building itself has that restored industrial vibe going on, and honestly, the moment you step inside you can tell someone put real thought into the design. The lobby smells faintly of coffee and fresh linens – small detail, but it matters.
The apartments themselves are what really sold me though. I mean, these aren’t just hotel rooms with a kitchenette thrown in as an afterthought. The spaces feel like actual homes, with proper living areas where you can spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The kitchens are surprisingly well-equipped – I’m talking real coffee makers, not those terrible pod machines, and enough counter space to actually prep a meal if you want to hit up the local markets. Speaking of which, there’s this fantastic little market hall, Hala Targowa, just a short walk away where you can grab fresh bread and local produce. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have that rainfall shower situation that actually works properly. One thing to note – the windows are well-insulated, so even though you’re on a fairly busy street, it’s surprisingly quiet at night.
What I really appreciate is how the staff handles things. Check-in was smooth, no standing around waiting, and they actually know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Kazimierz for dinner, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward the obvious tourist spots – he mentioned this little wine bar on Mostowa that locals actually go to. The whole Podgórze area is having this renaissance moment, and staying here puts you right in the middle of it. You’ve got the Schindler Factory Museum practically around the corner, plus all these cool galleries and cafes that haven’t made it into the guidebooks yet. The tram connections are solid too – line 19 gets you pretty much anywhere you need to go. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer trip where having actual living space matters. It’s got that 8.8 rating for good reason – everything just works the way it should, without any of the pretentious fuss you sometimes get with boutique places.

Exceptional – Monika from Lithuania – July 24, 2025 (10/10)
Very cozy and spacious attic room with lots of light, A/C, comfortable bed and a nice shower. The location was close to tram stop so you can get around city comfortably (took about 15mins to central station). We found some cute food places and wine bars around the neighborhood within walking distance. It was nice that we were able to check-in a bit ahead of time & it was really appreciated because we had a long traveling morning before arriving to Krakow.
What could be improved: Wish we had stayed longer- will be looking forward to our next visit!Wonderful – Ekaterina from Russia – July 24, 2025 (9/10)
Very cozy apartment, big and spacious. Polite host and always in touch, checked in on time. The location is very good, 10 minutes by tram to the center. In the restaurant at the apartment, residents are given a discount on ordering dishes. There is everything necessary for living.
What could be improved: The bed is quite narrow with a thin mattress that collapses, and when two people are on it, there is very little space. The windows overlook the roadway, it is quite noisy, but with the windows closed, you can turn on the air conditioner. It was a bit dirty, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned enough.Exceptional – Simion from Romania – July 19, 2025 (10/10)

This place is situated on top of the restaurant of the same name, which serves an amazing pasta. Close proximity to Visla and the Old Town is definitely a plus. Apartment itself is spacious, nicely furnished and overall an exquisite deal for the price.
