There’s something refreshingly unpretentious about it that actually works in its favor.

The thing about staying in apartments versus regular hotel rooms is you get this weird sense of actually living somewhere, even if it’s just for a few days. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show either – I mean, they’re not going to win any design awards, but you can actually cook a decent meal if you want to skip eating out every night. The spaces feel lived-in rather than sterile, which I know some people love and others… well, they prefer their hotels to feel more hotel-y. The beds are surprisingly comfortable though, and honestly, after walking around all day, that’s what really matters. I slept better than I expected, and the place stays pretty quiet even when other guests are coming and going.

What really won me over was how the staff actually seems to care about the place. Check-in was smooth – no rushing, they took time to explain things about the area and gave genuinely helpful suggestions rather than just handing over a generic tourist map. The whole vibe is more like staying at a well-run guesthouse than a corporate hotel chain. Sure, you’re not getting room service or a concierge desk, but there’s something nice about having your own little space to spread out. The cleaning is thorough without being obsessive, and they’re pretty flexible about timing if you need to adjust your stay. I’d definitely come back – it hits that sweet spot between comfort and value that’s getting harder to find these days.

  The location was excellent, close vicinity to the old town and other amenities. The apartment was the same as in the photos. It includes all that someone needs for a short and comfortable stay. The Internet was good. The host's netflix account was active which is rarely the case. The instructions for entering the apartment were provided in the morning before the arrival. You can pay by card upon arrival.

  Location is excellent. Owner communicative and gave all door codes. It can be difficult to find as the apartments are in a block and it is not immediately obvious, however the set up is very secure and quiet and 5 minutes walk from the castle and old town with easy access to transport and close to the airport 🙂
