  They give you the information that you need to get into the apartment beforehand so pay attention to your messages! We had a little trouble but when we called the number that was given to us the guy helped us inmediately. The room is small but it’s great if you are there to visit the city. It had a balcony, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

  The flat was clean, spacious and modern, the kitchen is shared with 2 other rooms but kept clean and is well equipped. The location is nice, right next to a tram station and there's a Kaufland (big grocery shop) nearby. We were very comfortable and if we ever visit Kraków again, we'd happily stay here.
