Aparthotel Delta Boutique Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Aparthotel Delta Boutique feels like discovering a well-kept secret in Kraków’s Old Town. The building sits right on plac Nowy — honestly, you can’t get more central than this without sleeping in the main square itself. It’s one of those three-star places that punches above its weight, where the boutique label actually means something rather than just fancy marketing speak. The lobby has this understated elegance that immediately tells you the owners care about details, even if they’re not throwing around marble and crystal everywhere.

Location & Neighborhood

You know what’s brilliant about this spot? You’re literally in the heart of everything, but plac Nowy has its own distinct character that feels less touristy than the main market square. I mean, you can walk to Wawel Castle in about ten minutes, and the famous Cloth Hall is practically next door, but you’re also surrounded by authentic local bars and restaurants that locals actually frequent. The Jewish Quarter is right there too — you’ll find yourself wandering through Kazimierz without even planning it. Couples seem to absolutely love this location (they’ve rated it 9.5 apparently), and I can see why — it’s romantic without being overly crowded, especially in the evenings when the day-trippers head back to their hotels outside the center.

The Aparthotel Experience

What sets Aparthotel Delta Boutique apart is that it’s actually designed like proper apartments rather than just hotel rooms with a kitchenette thrown in as an afterthought. The spaces feel lived-in and comfortable — you’ve got real cooking facilities if you want to grab some fresh bread and local cheese from the nearby market. The design strikes this nice balance between modern functionality and respecting the historic building it’s housed in. You’ll notice thoughtful touches throughout, like proper lighting for reading and enough outlets where you actually need them (revolutionary concept, I know).

Getting Around & Practical Matters

The thing about staying in Kraków’s Old Town is that you barely need transportation — everything’s walkable from here. But when you do need to venture further out, trams and buses are easily accessible, and honestly, half the fun is just wandering the cobblestone streets anyway. The staff here actually know the neighborhood well, so they’ll point you toward the good pierogi place that’s not mentioned in every guidebook, or tell you which entrance to use for the castle to avoid the worst crowds. It’s that kind of local knowledge that makes a difference when you’re trying to experience a city rather than just tick off tourist boxes.

Why Guests Love It

There’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t try to be everything to everyone but does what it does really well. The 8.8 rating reflects what you’ll experience — solid, thoughtful hospitality in an absolutely prime location without the premium prices you’d pay at the big international chains. You’re getting the independence of an apartment with the service of a boutique hotel, all while being able to step outside and immediately feel like you’re part of Kraków’s daily rhythm rather than observing it from the sidelines.

The luxury concierge service in Krakow offers personalized access to private royal collections, traditional Polish dining, and VIP cultural experiences in this historic Polish jewel.

  • Georgina from United Kingdom (9/10)

Location was perfect, lots of restaurants, pubs & the Sunday market was right on the doorstep. Bed was comfy and the balcony added a nice touch. The staff also went out of their way to help me surprise my partner with balloons and wine for his birthday

  • Hill from United Kingdom (9/10)

Location was fantastic and the facility was excellent and extremely well presented the building is amazing the brickwork and iron was a fantastic it was a great apartment

  • Charlie from United Kingdom (9/10)

    Room was tidy and modern
No problems with communicating with staff over booking.com messages

  • Mary from United States (8/10)

The location is perfect, right in the Jewish quarter surrounded by many restaraunts, bars, shops. It is situated across the street from a plaza with a lot of takeaway food (try the zapiekanka!). There is a Carrefour across the street as well.

I loved not having to worry about a key; you enter only w/ codes they send you.

The room was spacious (comes w/ a couch), super cozy (exposed brick walls), and the shower had great water pressure.

They have a "virtual reception," where you press a button and someone replies. It was actually efficient and there is no need to have someone there 24/7.

  • Ingrida from Latvia (8/10)

Nice design, quite new and looks fresh. Great windows, great size of the room. Self check in and out.

  • Nina from Belgium (9/10)

Nice room, nice breakfast. Good location. Easy to check in and out. They let us check in before 14:00 so that was really nice of them

  • Anna from United Kingdom (9/10)

We had a very good stay. The room was spacious, very nice decorated, the bathroom also nicely done, a very good shower.
There was a little kettle, tea/ coffee and a fridge which was really handy. Air condition working well, very needed in the summer. Around the hotel you will find many restaurant, also shops/markets. This is very busy area. At night it gets really busy and nosy on the weekend (earplugs recommended). Very easy access to the hotel, no reception desk, you need a code for the door. Breakfast very good in the restaurant outside the hotel, 5 min walk distance. Close to the main sightseen.
    Definitely would recommend.

  • Cécile from United States (8/10)

Location was ideal, in the heart of Kazimierz and 15-20min away from Rynek Market place (by foot) and 10min away from Wavel Castle. I did the walk almost every day and it was very enjoyable! Great coffee shops and bars around.

Room was very pretty and comfortable!
