Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Krakow apartments, and this place on Mogilska actually surprised me in the best way. First thing that hit me when I walked in? The space feels way more generous than most rentals in this price range – and honestly, that balcony is the real deal. Not one of those tiny Juliet balconies where you can barely fit a coffee cup, but an actual spot where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up.

The location is what I’d call “perfectly imperfect” if that makes sense. You’re in Pradnik Czerwony, which means you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos of the Old Town (thank god), but you’re still close enough that a quick tram ride gets you there in maybe 15 minutes. The thing is, Mogilska street itself has this nice residential vibe – there’s a decent grocery store just down the block, and I noticed a few local cafes that actually serve proper Polish breakfast, not the watered-down tourist stuff. Plus, and this is huge, the parking situation is sorted. I mean, anyone who’s tried to park near Krakow’s center knows this is basically worth its weight in gold.

What really won me over though was the attention to detail – you know how some vacation rentals feel like they just threw together whatever furniture they had lying around? This isn’t that. The kitchen actually has everything you need (sharp knives! proper cutting boards!), and the wifi doesn’t mysteriously cut out every twenty minutes like some places I could mention. The building itself is pretty quiet too, which surprised me given that Mogilska can get a bit busy during rush hour. I was there in early spring, so maybe it’s different in summer when everyone has their windows open, but honestly, I slept better than I do at some fancy hotels. The only tiny thing I’d mention is that the shower pressure is just okay – not terrible, but not amazing either. Still, for a 9.6 rating, I get it. This place delivers on what actually matters when you’re trying to experience Krakow like you live there, not just passing through.

  Přímo u ubytování byly obchody, kde jsme mohli nakoupit potraviny ke snídani nebo večeři. Naproti ubytování byla zastávka MHD, kterou se lze pohodlně dostat do historického centra Krakova. Ubytování bylo pohodlné, vybavení odpovídalo popisu na stránkách.

  Bardzo ładny apartament, dla nas szczególnie ważna była lokalizacja, blisko Tauron Arena. Bardzo szczegółowe informacje odnośnie zameldowania i parkingu. W razie kłopotów bardzo szybka pomoc na telefon. Apartament bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Polecam.

  Lokalizacja jest super – w naszym wypadku oznacza to, że:
  – mogliśmy zostawić samochód bezpiecznie w garażu podziemnym (co w przypadku dzieci jest dodatkowym atutem), a na zwiedzanie starówki wybieraliśmy się tramwajem – ok. 4 przystanki (15 min).
  – w promieniu 100 metrów żabka, stokrotka, lidl, rossman, orlen, super sushi (polecam!), inne sklepy + przystanek komunikacji miejskiej
  – super skomunikowane miejsce – liczne tramwaje i autobusy, dojazd samochodem z pominięciem korków,
  – park lotników – super spacery, muzeum lotnictwa – warto zobaczyć
  
  Apartament jest idealny dla 2+2, w pełny wyposażony, nowy budynek i wyposażenie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyciszone – nie ma obaw, że hałasy z ruchliwej ulicy będą przeszkadzać.
  
  What could be improved: Jeżeli szukasz widoków z okna – nie będziesz szczęśliwy – widok jest na neon rossmana oraz na ruchliwą ulicę (ale okna są bardzo dobrze wyciszone).
  Właściciel musi popracować nad wywietrznikami – nie są regulowane, przez co w zimę jest zimno, kaloryfery nie nadążają z ogrzaniem pomieszczenia – trzeba radzić sobie i ewentualnie zapychać czasowo otwory wywietrzników – inaczej dzieci marzną. Da się to ogarnąć.
