  The apartment was okay but with minor issues.
  The host company was exceptional in my case – perfect communication, response, assistance, etc. While departing from the apartment, I forgot some of my clothes, and when it was discovered, I asked the host company to locate my belongings and ship them to me, which the host company quickly did. The host company was in constant touch with me until everything was solved.
  As for the apartment itself, it is a bit used if we speak about the living room and the bathroom. It is clean, but the carpet in the living room can be cleaner or replaced, as well as some stuff in the bathroom, like a broken toilet paper holder or exfoliated wash basin top. Besides the above issues, the apartment was good and fully equipped with everything, including many kitchen utensils. If a microwave was available, the kitchen would be unbeatable compared to other apartments I stayed in.
  There were complaints in other reviews about the mattress of the unfolded sofa in the living room. It was sort of okay for my 10-year-old son. But I do confirm that it will not be comfortable for an adult to sleep on that thin mattress.
  The bedroom and the mattress in the bedroom were perfect, with no complaints at all. The pillows were too small, but there were two per person, so it was Okay.
  The underground garage included in the apartment rental cost is a good feature.
  The apartment's location was good – right next to the shopping mall.
  Overall, everything was good. The apartment was good value for the price.

  The location is perfect, in a quiet new neighborhood, with Kazimierz shopping center around the corner, river with the paved walking coastline and various parks – perfect for walks with the stroller. Excellent WiFi (video conferences with no problem), underground parking included, big nice balcony. Dishwasher and bathtub is a big plus. Renters.pl support was really helpful: the kettle and frying pan were somewhat damaged, so they brought us new ones the very next day.
