It’s tucked into this quiet residential street in Grzegórzki that feels refreshingly removed from the tourist chaos, but you’re actually only about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. I mean, you get the best of both worlds here – you can grab morning coffee at that little bakery on Dietla Street without fighting through crowds of tour groups, then wander over to the Main Square whenever you feel like it. The building itself has this understated elegance that’s very Krakow – not flashy, just solid and well-maintained in that Eastern European way where things are built to last.

What really sets this place apart (and honestly, this 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there) is how they’ve managed to create actual apartment living rather than that sterile hotel feel. The kitchens are properly equipped – I’m talking real coffee makers, not those tiny hotel room things, and enough counter space to actually spread out your groceries from the Galeria Kazimierz down the road. The apartments feel lived-in but fresh, if that makes sense, with these nice touches like local art on the walls and furniture that looks like someone actually chose it rather than ordered it from a hotel catalog. Parking can be a bit tricky in this neighborhood – street parking fills up pretty quickly, especially on weekends when locals are out and about – but the staff genuinely tries to help figure out solutions rather than just shrugging it off.

What I loved most was how the place connects you to real Krakow life. You’ll hear church bells from nearby parishes (not loud, just… present), smell fresh bread from morning bakeries, and actually see how locals live in this part of the city. The Grzegórzki district doesn’t get much attention in guidebooks, but it’s where you’ll find authentic pierogi at half the price of tourist spots, and there’s this wonderful community feel around Plac Centralny that you completely miss if you’re staying in the dead center of town. The staff – and this is where that high rating really shows – seem to actually know their neighborhood. They’ll point you toward the good stuff without that rehearsed tourism spiel, like mentioning which tram lines are running smoothly or where to find decent late-night food that isn’t just another kebab stand. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying an extra day just because leaving feels harder than it should.

  Such a lovely apartment, it has everything you need! It is very modern and cozy, the building is new and has everything nearby, even a shopping mall. It is super peaceful and quiet as the apartment is looking towards the back yard. Not far from the city center. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

  A very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. There was a balcony overlooking a quiet garden. The facilities included a washing machine and coffee maker. The location was near a shopping centre and a short walk to the river. The Old Town was a level 20 minute walk. Public transport was easily accessible.

  La pulizia era ottima, appartamento arredato al dettaglio, molto bello e moderno. Nella zona son presenti tutti i servizi necessari ed è collegata bene con varie attrazioni. Cortile interno assolutamente silenzioso e molto grazioso.
  Host molto disponibile, è venuto anche incontro ad alcuni nostri inconvenienti in maniera ottima e premurosa.

  изумительные апартаменты,всё продумано до мелочей. хозяин супер разрешил вселение намного раньше ,совершенно бесплатно
  чистота на все 100.в наличие было всего достаточно кофе чай сахар соль капсулы для стирки и для посудомойки 2 бутылочки воды так же очень порадовали перечислять можно очень долго.
  район очень тихий и втоже время всё в пешей доступности,до старого города 20 минут и т.д
