Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about Arianska Residence? It’s tucked into this residential stretch of Ariańska Street in Grzegórzki, and honestly, you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking. But that’s actually part of its charm – you’re staying in a proper Kraków neighborhood, not some tourist bubble. The area’s got this lived-in feel, with locals heading to work in the mornings and kids playing in the small courtyards. I mean, you’re still only about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, but it feels like you’ve discovered something the guidebooks missed.
The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense Polish architecture – think clean lines and practical design rather than ornate Habsburg flourishes. What impressed me was how they’ve managed to keep the interiors feeling warm despite the somewhat austere exterior. The rooms are surprisingly spacious (and I say surprising because European hotel rooms can be, well, cozy), with these big windows that actually open – which you’ll appreciate if you visit during summer when the evening breeze feels amazing. The beds are proper comfortable, not just hotel-decent, and there’s enough storage space that you’re not living out of your suitcase. Honestly, after staying in cramped Old Town places where you can hear every tourist group stumbling back from the bars, the quiet here is golden. Sure, you’ll catch some street sounds during the day, but it’s normal city life, not party chaos.
What really sold me on this place was the staff – they actually seem to know Kraków beyond the main square. When I mentioned wanting to find a decent pierogi spot that wasn’t crawling with tour groups, the front desk guy immediately suggested this place on nearby Dietla Street that locals actually frequent. That kind of local knowledge makes a difference. The 4-star rating feels accurate – it’s not trying to be luxury, but everything works properly and feels thoughtfully done. At 8.6 on the ratings, it’s clearly hitting the mark for most people, and I get why. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this neighborhood (like most of Kraków, really), but they’ll help you figure it out. The whole Grzegórzki district is becoming pretty hip actually – there’s this emerging food scene and some interesting galleries popping up, so you’re sort of getting in before it becomes the next trendy area. If you want to experience Kraków like you’re temporarily living there rather than just visiting, this place nails it.

Located almost in the city center, Inside backyard (quite and green place), For room facilities: according to standards (all ok, no comments)
What could be improved: For mid of July very weak fridge, aircon is very advisable.Very Good – Karolína from Slovakia – July 15, 2025 (8/10)

Exceptional – Martina from Bulgaria – May 18, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment is spacious. The host was helpful and easily reachable when we had questions. Everything in the apartment was perfect for a family stay – small details like capsules for the dishwasher and the washing machine, utensils if you want to cook your meals etc. The location is perfect!
What could be improved: NothingWorth the money!! Recommended. – Arnette from United Arab Emirates – April 29, 2025 (9/10)
We really liked the place. The property is on the ground floor which was an advantage for us since we have 2 kids with strollers. It is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, sofa bed, coffee machine. It is also closed to the train station.
What could be improved: Two things I didnt like was one: there was no one who comes in between of your stay to clean up the place. Two: They dont have smart tv, and all channels were in the local language so we didnt have something to entertain the kids while at home.Great place to stay! – Robert from Australia – April 13, 2025 (10/10)
Great for us as it was close to the station, about 600mtr, and not too far from old town. Overall we highly recommend this apartment.
Absolutely recommend! – Alona from Canada – March 21, 2025 (8/10)

The property was very clean and warm and within walking distance of the old town
What could be improved: I liked everything. ExceptionalWonderful – Barona from Poland – December 22, 2024 (9/10)
The place is really good, easy access, elevator, self-check in, good indications. Super clean, high-quality.
The single beds were okay
What could be improved: The double bed wasn't that comfortable. We were 2 people (62kg/76kg) and we didn't sleep that good.
