It’s actually *in* Old Town – like, properly in it – not one of those places that claims to be close but leaves you schlepping twenty minutes with your luggage. Walking up Zyblikiewicza Street, you’re literally surrounded by those gorgeous medieval buildings that make Krakow so ridiculously photogenic, and honestly, the address alone tells you this place gets it right. The apartment sits in this beautifully restored building that somehow manages to feel both historic and completely liveable, which is trickier than it sounds in a city where some “boutique” places are basically fancy hostels with attitude.

What really sets this place apart – and I mean this – is how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between art gallery and actual home. The name isn’t just marketing fluff; there’s real thought put into the design without it feeling like you’re sleeping in a museum. The space flows naturally, with enough room to actually unpack (thank god), and the kitchen setup means you can grab fresh bread from the market on Plac Nowy and not survive entirely on pierogi, though honestly, why would you want to? The location means you’re maybe five minutes from the main square on foot, but far enough down a quieter street that you won’t have drunk tourists serenading you at 2 AM – trust me on this one, it matters more than you’d think. I loved that I could walk to Wawel Castle in the morning before the crowds hit, then circle back for coffee on Grodzka Street without it feeling like a expedition.

What really sold me on this place was the attention to details that actually matter when you’re living somewhere for a few days. The Wi-Fi doesn’t mysteriously die every twenty minutes, the shower has proper water pressure (you’d be amazed how many beautiful apartments completely whiff on this), and the whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. The 9.6 rating isn’t some fluke – it’s what happens when someone clearly stays in their own property and fixes the little annoyances that drive travelers nuts. Being in Old Town means you’re walking on cobblestones constantly, so coming back to a space that feels genuinely comfortable rather than just Instagram-ready makes all the difference. Plus, and this might sound silly, but there’s something satisfying about telling people you’re staying on Zyblikiewicza Street – it makes you sound like you know something about Krakow beyond the obvious tourist spots, even if you absolutely don’t.

  Excellent location – Very close to the train station and the Old Town. Very walkable. Beautiful renovation and quiet, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. And the terrace! Such a complete oasis on the city. Great full kitchen. Excellent espresso machine with milk frother . Farmers market within 4 blocks. Convenience store a block away.
  
  What could be improved: Not much counter space. No salt/pepper/ oil. No shampoo/ conditioner. No drying rack. Extra 200 zl charge for a friend to stay over one night had to be paid in cash.

  The apartment was really lovely. Quiet, great location. Not far from everything. Close to pick up points for excursions. Lots of storage for clothes. Perfect temperature in the room never had to bother changing anything. Easy access. Really impressed and would stay again. Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable

  Lovely spotless apartment 10mins walk from town square and Jewish Quarter. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook (we just made breakfast). UK Netflix, good WiFi signal. Really helpful hosts with key instructions. large terrace which would have been lovely to sit on if the weather had been better, but our hosts had no control over that 😉 Would definitely book again if we come to Krakow and would recommend it to friends. Only slight moan, the pillows could do with replacing as lumpy but would not put me off booking again. Hosts even let us leave our luggage in the apartment as we were on an evening flight and the apartment wasn’t reserved the next day. Oh and it’s just a 5 minute walk from krakow grzegorzki Station. WE WILL BE BACK !!!

  The location was perfect in the old town near Planty Park and walkable to sites of interest and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable and really pleasant to stay in. Towels provided and good free wifi was a bonus. The door code was provided the day before so there were no problems getting into the building or apartment. We were really happy with our stay and would book this property again.

  Świetna lokalizacja, mniej niż 15 minut piechotą na Stare Miasto i na Kazimierz. Taras otoczony zielenią, wychodzący na zaciszną przestrzeń między budynkami. Wyposażenie w dobrym stanie, wszystko co potrzeba. Czystość bez zarzutu.
  
  What could be improved: Zbyt duża ilość wody wydostawała się spod prysznica na podłogę łazienki. Na plus: wyposażenie w dużą ilość ręczników pod stopy. Kanapa w salonie miała spękania nawierzchni.
