Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about the Ascot Premium Hotel? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with flashy lobbies or over-the-top décor, but somehow ends up being exactly what you need. I mean, with that 8.8 rating and four stars, I was expecting something solid – but honestly, it delivers in ways that actually matter when you’re traveling.
The first thing you notice walking in is how the staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth (no standing around for twenty minutes while they figure out their computer system), and the front desk guy actually remembered my name later that evening. The rooms have this understated elegance thing going on – not trying to be boutique-trendy, just well-designed spaces with really good beds. And I’m picky about beds, trust me. The bathrooms are spacious enough that you’re not doing some weird dance trying to avoid the toilet while you shower, which honestly is more than I can say for half the places I’ve stayed recently.
What really won me over though was the attention to small details that most hotels completely miss. The curtains actually block out light (revolutionary concept, right?), there’s proper desk lighting if you need to work, and – this might sound weird – but the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing on your roof all night. You can tell they’ve invested in the stuff that matters for getting decent sleep. The neighborhood itself has this quiet confidence about it, not touristy-crazy but not dead either. I found myself walking around in the evenings just because the area felt safe and interesting. There’s a little café two blocks over that serves incredible coffee, and the hotel concierge actually knew about it – didn’t just hand me some generic tourist map.
The breakfast situation is better than expected too, though I wouldn’t call it extraordinary. Fresh pastries, decent coffee, and they don’t rush you out if you want to sit and plan your day. What I appreciated most was that everything felt intentional, from the way housekeeping folded the towels to how the elevator actually came when you pressed the button. Sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many four-star places can’t get these fundamentals right. Sure, it’s not the kind of place you’d choose for a romantic anniversary getaway – it’s more business-traveler-meets-discerning-tourist – but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. A place that does its job really, really well without any unnecessary drama.
To book hotel in Krakow during the famous Krakow Film Festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts history enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Fantastic Stay at Ascot Premium Hotel, Kraków!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ascot Premium Hotel in Kraków, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Old Town and Main Square, making it easy to explore the city's historic sites, restaurants, and attractions. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself is peaceful and offers a relaxing atmosphere.
The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a great stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the little details like the coffee and tea-making facilities, a well-designed bathroom, and soundproof windows that ensured a restful night’s sleep.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or arranging transportation, their hospitality truly stood out.
Breakfast was a highlight—there was a great selection of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the beautiful city of Kraków.
Overall, I highly recommend Ascot Premium Hotel to anyone visiting Kraków. It offers excellent service, comfort, and a prime location at a great value. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Fantastic location, spotless rooms , great staff . Will definitely be back. Rooms have fridges , we water station on each floor providing nice cold water. Room at back of railway which i dreaded , no need didn't hear anything once asleep, what you could hear awake was very minimal. Good choices at breakfast, fresh fruit, was beautiful 😍. Always Something even for the pickiest of eaters .
