The thing about staying right on the main square is that most people assume it’s going to be a nightmare with noise and crowds, but honestly? It’s sort of the opposite. Sure, during the day you’ve got that gentle buzz of activity drifting up – people meeting for coffee, street musicians doing their thing, the occasional tour group shuffling by. But once evening hits, there’s this really lovely calm that settles over everything. I mean, you’re literally watching the whole city wind down from your own private perch. The balcony itself isn’t huge – maybe fits two chairs and a small table – but it’s positioned perfectly to catch both morning sun and those golden hour vibes that make you want to stay an extra night just to experience it again.

Inside, it’s definitely more loft than luxury hotel, which I actually preferred. The space feels lived-in rather than sterile, with exposed brick that doesn’t look like it was added for Instagram purposes and windows that actually open (thank god, because hotel air conditioning never gets it quite right). The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional too – not just some tiny kitchenette situation but actual counter space and decent appliances. I ended up grabbing fresh bread from that little bakery two blocks down and making proper breakfast most mornings, which honestly saved me a fortune and felt way more authentic than hotel dining.

Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that “your room isn’t ready but here’s our overpriced lobby bar” nonsense. The staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood – when I asked about parking, they didn’t just hand me a generic map but walked me through the actual best spots depending on what time I’d be coming back. That kind of local knowledge makes such a difference, especially when you’re trying to navigate narrow European streets at 10 PM after a long dinner.

The 9.1 rating really tracks once you spend time there. It’s not trying to be something it’s not – no marble lobbies or doormen in fancy uniforms – but everything works exactly as it should. Hot water stays hot, WiFi doesn’t cut out during video calls, and the bed is actually comfortable rather than just expensive-looking. Plus, being three stories up means you get all the energy of central location without feeling like you’re sleeping in the middle of a pedestrian thoroughfare. By my last morning, I was already planning when I could come back, which honestly doesn’t happen that often anymore.

  The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. The television had just about every streaming service one could want. The skylights and windows let in a bunch of light, while spacious balcony overlooking the garden gives the opportunity to sit down and unwind in the fresh air without having to leave the apartment or walking in search of a bench.
  
  The kitchen was fully equipped with cups, wine glasses, a wine opener, plates, pots and pans, coffee, tea, and sugar, a kettle, coffeemaker, microwave, and even a washing machine. It was perfect for a longer stay that might involve cooking.
  
  The location is perfect, just down the street from St. Anne's church in the old town and less than a 10 minute walk from the central square, very close to good restaurants and the best attractions that Kraków has to offer.

  De beschrijving naar en van het appartement was zeer duidelijk.alles was goed te vinden en de deuren met de codes te openen.
  Het appartement was heel netjes en compleet. Erg naar onze zin gehad. Een prachtige ligging tegen de oude stad aan.

  Розташування – самий центр, обходили весь старий Краків пішки,і якщо була необхідність за 15-20 хвилин могли дістатись апартаментів.
  Круто, що там є кондиціонер. При спекотній погоді +32 це було просто спасіння )))

  Das allerbeste am Apartment war der Balkon mit Blick in den schönen, grünen Innenhof mit Rosen und alten, hohen Bäumen; Lage; schön renoviertes, altes Stiegenhaus, bequeme Couch und nette Inneneinrichtung, die Grundausstattung funktionierte (Warmwasser, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine etc)
