The building itself has that classic Polish charm, tucked into a quieter side street that somehow manages to feel peaceful despite being so central.

Honestly, the location here is pretty much unbeatable. You know how some places claim to be “near everything” but you still end up walking fifteen minutes? Not here. The main square with all its cafés and the famous Cloth Hall is right there, and you can actually hear the trumpet call from St. Mary’s Basilica if you listen for it. What I really appreciated was how couples seem to gravitate toward this spot — there’s something romantic about having your own little loft while being steps away from one of Europe’s most beautiful medieval squares.

The room itself feels more like a proper apartment than a typical hotel space. There’s this nice balcony (hence the name, obviously) where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the Old Town come alive. The setup is pretty smart — they’ve maximized the space without making it feel cramped, and there’s enough character in the design that you don’t feel like you’re staying in some generic chain place. The whole loft vibe actually works really well here. The kitchen area is compact but functional, perfect for preparing light meals or snacks during your stay.

Practical Perks

What struck me as particularly thoughtful was how they’ve handled the practical stuff. You’re not dealing with the usual tourist trap pricing for everything because you can easily walk to local spots that residents actually use. The nearby Planty Park gives you a nice escape route when the square gets too crowded — which, let’s be honest, it definitely does during peak season. There’s also this great little grocery store just around the corner where you can grab supplies if you want to eat in sometimes. Street-level parking is available nearby for guests who arrive by car.

I think what really sets this place apart is that balance between being right in the action but not feeling overwhelmed by it. You can stumble back from dinner at one of the square’s restaurants in about thirty seconds, but you’re not dealing with street noise all night.   The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. The television had just about every streaming service one could want. The skylights and windows let in a bunch of light, while spacious balcony overlooking the garden gives the opportunity to sit down and unwind in the fresh air without having to leave the apartment or walking in search of a bench.
  
  The kitchen was fully equipped with cups, wine glasses, a wine opener, plates, pots and pans, coffee, tea, and sugar, a kettle, coffeemaker, microwave, and even a washing machine. It was perfect for a longer stay that might involve cooking.
  
  The location is perfect, just down the street from St. Anne's church in the old town and less than a 10 minute walk from the central square, very close to good restaurants and the best attractions that Kraków has to offer.

  De beschrijving naar en van het appartement was zeer duidelijk.alles was goed te vinden en de deuren met de codes te openen.
  Het appartement was heel netjes en compleet. Erg naar onze zin gehad. Een prachtige ligging tegen de oude stad aan.

  Розташування – самий центр, обходили весь старий Краків пішки,і якщо була необхідність за 15-20 хвилин могли дістатись апартаментів.
  Круто, що там є кондиціонер. При спекотній погоді +32 це було просто спасіння )))

  Das allerbeste am Apartment war der Balkon mit Blick in den schönen, grünen Innenhof mit Rosen und alten, hohen Bäumen; Lage; schön renoviertes, altes Stiegenhaus, bequeme Couch und nette Inneneinrichtung, die Grundausstattung funktionierte (Warmwasser, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine etc)
