  Przytulne, czyściutkie mieszkanko z niezbędnym wyposażeniem. Ciche osiedle z garażem podziemnym.
  Lokalizacja bardzo fajna ponieważ do rynku można dojść około 30 minutowym spacerem. W pobliżu znajduje się galeria krakowska, dworzec PKP i PKS.
