It’s not flashy, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the entrance that made me feel like I’d stumbled onto a local secret rather than just another tourist hotel.

Honestly, the location score of 9.2 isn’t just marketing fluff — this place really delivers on positioning. You’re a two-minute walk from the Main Market Square, which means you can duck back to your room between sightseeing without it being a whole production. I loved being able to grab breakfast and then wander over to St. Mary’s Basilica before the crowds hit. The couples rating of 9.0 makes total sense too — there’s something romantic about stepping out your door and being surrounded by medieval architecture and cobblestone streets without having to navigate through touristy hotel districts first.

The Room Experience

The beds here are genuinely comfortable — like, surprisingly so for a three-star place. I’m usually pretty picky about mattresses, but I actually slept better here than at some fancier hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms aren’t huge (this is Old Town Kraków, after all), but they’re thoughtfully laid out.   The apartment was very clean. Located nearby old town, everything was within 10 minutes walk. The reception was also very helpful and kind. We were a family of three (2 adults and a 13y old girl) and found our staying at Belle Epoque very satisfying and pleasant. The neighborhood is extremely quite and safe, next to some University buildings. The price/day was very logical. We absolutely recommend it to you all!

  This apartment has a kitchen and a nice balcony as well. It’s located just next to market store Zabka not far from the city centre making it a quiet location only 10mins walk from the old town.
