Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about this place? The name actually tells you everything you need to know – it’s literally positioned between Krakow’s two most interesting neighborhoods, and honestly, that’s pure gold for location. I mean, you’re on Jozefa Sarego street, which sounds fancy but it’s actually this quiet little road where you can still hear the trams rumbling by without them keeping you up at night.
The thing about staying here is you get this weird best-of-both-worlds situation that most hotels in Krakow can’t pull off. Walk one direction for maybe eight minutes and you’re in the thick of Old Town – all those gorgeous medieval buildings and tourist crowds around the Main Square. But here’s what I really loved: head the other way toward Kazimierz and suddenly you’re in this completely different vibe. The Jewish quarter has all these incredible little cafes tucked into courtyards, plus some of the best pierogi I’ve ever had (there’s this spot on Szeroka street that locals actually go to, not just tourists). The hotel staff – and they genuinely seem to know the area, not just recite talking points – told me that Kazimierz gets pretty lively on weekend nights, but from the hotel you just get this pleasant hum of activity rather than full-on party noise.
What really sold me on the place, though, was how it felt like someone actually thought about the practical stuff. The check-in was refreshingly normal – no weird upselling or twenty-minute explanations of amenities I’ll never use. The rooms have this sort of understated elegance that doesn’t scream “boutique hotel” but still feels special. And look, parking in Krakow is genuinely terrible if you’re driving (which I was, unfortunately), but they sorted that out without the usual European city hotel drama about it costing more than the room itself. The 8.7 rating makes sense when you stay here – it’s not trying to be the most Instagram-worthy place in the city, but everything just… works. You wake up, grab coffee, and within fifteen minutes you’re either browsing the Cloth Hall or exploring those atmospheric synagogues in Kazimierz, depending on your mood. That’s the kind of flexibility you want when you’re actually trying to experience a city rather than just check things off a list.
Krakow’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of Polish royal tradition and modern comfort, with many featuring historical tour services and authentic Polish hospitality.

Great location – short walk from castle, old town square, and Jewish area.
Nicely decorated, had everything we needed for a city break, 2 modern bathrooms helpful, comfortable beds and sofas, nice dining area.
Would recommend.

Very nice standard, all necessary amenities, excellent location in Kraków. Right between Old Town, Wawel and the Jewish quarters. Walking distance to all of them.
What could be improved: The house is more worn-down than the apartment. No detergent for the washing machine.Fabulous stay close to Krakow centre – Jeannette from United Kingdom – June 23, 2025 (10/10)
Fabulous stay at this spacious stylish well appointed Jungle design 1st floor apartment in quiet tree-lined street in a great central location jut 5-10mins walk into Old Town and Kazimierz and train stations at Głowny and Grzegórzki. Busy road outside but didn’t bother us and was super quiet at night and we slept well with the black out curtains. Despite no aircon, the high ceilings and lots of windows gave comfortable airy through-draft and we didn’t need to use the free-standing fans provided. Clean, comfortable contemporary furnishings, plenty of towels & bed linens, ample kitchen utensils, tea/coffee and household supplies with nice little balcony table & chairs for morning coffee. Great communication from courteous attentive staff. Super easy check-in/out process and they let us store our carry-on bags at their office reception. Shower cubicle small but powerful mains water so be careful of overflowing the shower tray. Overall we had a superb stay at this hidden gem and I highly recommend it. Will be back! 🙌😊
What could be improved: Communal stairwell aged and tired but didn’t bother us as typical of city/centre and adds to the authenticity of the historic building.Great value accommodation – Kristen from United Kingdom – June 9, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: NothingWithout hesitation I’d book again. Clean, comfortable, spacious and modern – Lisa from United Kingdom – April 7, 2025 (10/10)
Location for sightseeing was perfect. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and spacious – the apartment had everything we needed. Nice to have the coffee tea and sugar in the cupboard too.
What could be improved: It was a bit noisy at night – due to traffic noise – but we’re in a busy city’s to be expected. However due to long busy days and comfy beds we had no trouble sleeping
