Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Booking Hotel & Spa on Radzikowskiego street, I wasn’t expecting much from the Bronowice neighborhood. It’s one of those areas that feels properly residential, you know? But honestly, that turned out to be exactly what made this place special. You’re far enough from the Old Town chaos that you can actually sleep at night, but close enough that a quick tram ride gets you right into the heart of everything.

The hotel itself surprised me – and I mean that in the best way. It’s got that five-star polish without feeling stuffy or pretentious. Check-in was smooth (thank god, because I’d been traveling for like twelve hours), and the staff actually seemed to know the city well when I asked about dinner spots. The spa is where this place really shines though. I’m usually skeptical of hotel spas – they’re often just glorified gyms with a sauna thrown in – but this one actually delivers. The treatment rooms are quiet, properly soundproofed, and they use decent products. I did a massage after spending way too much time walking around Wawel Castle, and it was exactly what I needed.

What I really appreciated was how they handled the little things. Parking is included, which saves you from the nightmare of finding street spots in Krakow. The rooms are well-designed too – not huge, but thoughtfully laid out with actual storage space and blackout curtains that work. You know how some hotels claim to be quiet but you can still hear every door slam? Not here. The location on Radzikowskiego means you’re mostly surrounded by apartment buildings and locals going about their business, so it stays peaceful. The breakfast was solid – not groundbreaking, but fresh bread, decent coffee, and enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying a few days. Plus, there’s a Biedronka just down the street if you need to grab snacks or forgot to pack something. The tram stop is maybe a five-minute walk, and line 4 takes you straight to the main square in about fifteen minutes. Honestly, after spending time in hotels right in the tourist zone where you pay premium prices to listen to drunk stag parties until 3 AM, this felt like finding a secret. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax and recharge between exploring the city, without feeling like you’re missing out on anything important.

  Nice location as long as you have a car. Free spacious parking avaliable. Room was clean and spacious, price was fair.
  
  What could be improved: Check in was at…16.00, which made our life difficult, since we were traveling along with our kids.
  Moreover, I was expecting a better breakfast for a five stars hotel. It was rather poor.

  Excellent food & facilities a shame the leisure complex wasn't operating.
  Courteous professional staff and a great location, we hired a car for the duration of the stay but there was a bus stop outside hotel and a massive retail park 10 minute walk away. Krakow 11 km Excellent.

  Even that they were very busy during the breakfast you will always find plenty of options to chose from, always having all the food available. The staff at the restaurant doing a really nice work keeping everything tidy and ready for next guests. Also friendly staff at the reception.
