It’s technically a 3-star hotel, which had me setting pretty modest expectations, but then you walk in and everything just… works. The lobby isn’t trying to be some grand marble palace, it’s just clean and welcoming with that kind of understated elegance that actually feels more expensive than it probably was.

What really got me was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about getting things right. Check-in was smooth – no weird upselling tactics or confusing explanations about wifi passwords. You know what I mean? Just straightforward hospitality. My room was on the seventh floor, and I’ll admit I was worried about street noise since we’re right in the thick of things, but the windows must be decent quality because I slept like a baby. The bed was actually comfortable too, not one of those rock-hard mattresses some budget places think pass for “firm support.” And here’s a small thing that made a difference – the shower had proper water pressure. I mean, after a long day of walking around the city, that hot shower felt absolutely perfect.

The breakfast situation was better than expected too. Nothing fancy, but fresh coffee, decent pastries, and they had actual fruit instead of just those weird fruit cups. I caught the morning crowd around 8 AM and it was busy but not chaotic – seemed like a mix of business travelers and tourists who’d clearly done their research. The dining area gets good natural light, which made starting the day feel less rushed somehow. Honestly, for a 3-star spot pulling a 9.5 rating, I was skeptical at first – those numbers seemed too good to be true. But after staying there, I get it. It’s not about having the fanciest amenities or the most Instagram-worthy design. It’s about doing the basics really, really well and making sure guests feel taken care of without all the pretentious fuss you get at some higher-end places. Would I stay there again? Absolutely. Sometimes you just want a place that feels reliable and comfortable without breaking the bank, and CityHeaven nails that balance perfectly.

  All was perfect, we were a family of 4, comfortable, we had all needed in the kitchen, near to the center, also a shopping mall nearby for grocery
  The apartment was very clean and we had towels. The bedroom had a big bed and the living a couch for the kids.
  TV also available with english channels for those who want to watch
  Parking was underground reserved for us – big bonus, because it was snowing all our stay and we had the car clean and warm 😁

  Very conveniently located apartment close the the main train station and the old town, in a quite and secure building. The host was thoughtful and helpful. Well equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is a good size.

  Was a great apartment close to old town and lots of cafes, restaurants, massive shopping centre, bus and train station. Still quiet though and apartment had everything you needed for a good stay. Also nice to have someone hand over keys when we arrived.

  We liked being meet by someone who gave us the keys and showed us thru the facilities plus gave us some information about the city sights. The apartment was very close to the train station, shopping mall, restaurants and bus shops. The amenities were good.
