I’ll be honest, when I first saw the name “Cosy & Perfect Located Apartment,” I rolled my eyes a bit (the grammar made me wince), but after staying here, I get why they went with straightforward over fancy.

The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense of… well, home. Not hotel-home where everything’s sterile and beige, but actual home where someone clearly thought about what travelers actually need. The kitchen – and I mean a real kitchen, not some sad mini-fridge situation – has proper pots and pans that aren’t scratched to hell. There’s decent coffee (thank god), and honestly, being able to make breakfast without hunting down an overpriced café every morning was such a relief. The living area flows naturally into everything else, and while it’s not huge, the layout actually works. You’re not bumping into furniture or playing Tetris with your suitcase.

What really won me over, though, were all those little details that show someone gets it. Blackout curtains that actually block light – I mean, properly dark, not that flimsy stuff that lets every streetlight leak through. The Wi-Fi password was taped right inside the door (genius), and there were extra phone chargers in the bedside drawer. The shower has solid water pressure, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but you know how it is with apartments. The bed’s comfortable too – firm enough that you don’t sink into some marshmallow situation, but soft enough that you’re not feeling like you’re camping.

I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, and while you can hear some street noise during the day, it settles down nicely at night. The building itself feels secure without being fortress-like, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward “let me show you seventeen light switches” tour that some places insist on. The whole vibe is just… easy. That 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there for a day or two. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place you’ve ever stayed, but it nails all the stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. You’ve got space to spread out, you can cook if you want to, and you feel settled rather than like you’re camping in someone else’s idea of luxury. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  The apartment is in the old city. It's bright from inside, clean wooden floors, it has a small kitchenette with a cooker and microwave, a table with 3 chairs,, simple design decorations, clean apartment in general, access to wifi. The apartment also has two beds, comfortable after a long trip. It's is also located in the city center, so you want to do your tourist thing. Overall a very pleasant experience.

  It is located in the center, near the airport bus route and main attractions, and it is very cozy and comfortable. Everything was in good condition and it was warm when we got to the location. For sure I would book again when I come back to Krakow if I find it available.

  Great location, at Kazimierz. Tram stop on the other side of the street. Also close to bus stop that takes you to Balice airport.
  The windows are facing inner courtyard so it is very peaceful and quiet.
  Apartment was very clean and looked cozy when entering. Nice gesture of leaving some good coffee that you can make yourself in the morning.
