The owner clearly gets that travelers need space to spread out, and there’s this lived-in quality that makes it feel less like a sterile rental and more like you’re staying at a well-organized friend’s place. The kitchen actually has everything you need, which is rarer than you’d think in vacation rentals. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because, let’s be honest, eating out for every meal in Krakow adds up fast, even though it’s pretty affordable by Western standards.

Location-wise, you’re about a fifteen-minute walk to Market Square, which is that sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything but far enough to avoid the drunk bachelor parties stumbling around at 2 AM. There’s a decent grocery store maybe five minutes away – nothing fancy, but it stocks the essentials plus some surprisingly good Polish beer. The tram connections are solid too, though I found myself walking most places because Krakow’s just that kind of city. Parking was easier than expected, which anyone who’s driven in European city centers will appreciate. The building itself is typical Polish residential – a bit Soviet-era looking from the outside, but don’t let that fool you. Inside, it’s been updated thoughtfully without losing character. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that complicated key pickup drama you sometimes get with apartment rentals.

Honestly, the 4-star rating feels about right, maybe even conservative. It’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable and functional in a way that makes you want to extend your stay. The kind of place where you find yourself planning your next Krakow trip before you’ve even left.

  It is nice every thing we need was provided all the equipment are very good so was was happy with all equipment

  2. All around the area was grave yards so we were a little bit uncomfortable
  3. The pillow was old and uncomfortable we asked to change it but the owner refused and told us this is what they could provide.
  4. The WC locker was defected they send some one to fix it and he did but i were with him and the locker was hardly fixed with difficulty to be looked and after he left we could not look it and i asked them to replace it but they Sid they cant do it so my family could not have full privacy.
  5. The out side parking locker was defected we open it but we could not look it again.

  Very clean, with excellent communication. Clear instructions, easy access to keys, parking.
  The building is very modern, secure and comfortable.
  New appliances, working perfectly. Quiet and good.
  Three good beds. The rooms are large. The bathrooms are both very nice.
  We very much enjoyed our visit!
  
  What could be improved: 1) No shelf in the shower. Both soap and shampoo were provided (very nice) but no place to put them except the floor in the shower.
  2) there is a railway next to the building and the trains do run occasionally at night.
  3) no air conditioning
  4) furniture is below the standard I would expect.

  We were 2 families total 7 persons and there were 2 Parking spots included , very nice and new apartment in great condition , Xbox included , close to a bus stop (200m). For the price (200/night) it was just perfect

  Апартаменты очень просторные, красивые,уютные и чистые.Очень понравился дизайн квартиры, удобные кровати, достаточное количество полотенец и постельного белья.На кухне было все необходимое и даже больше.Отдельная душевая и отдельная ванная комната просто супер.Все чистенько и красиво.Порадовал велотренажёр в гостинной.Просторный балкон с зоной отдыха.Всем нам очень понравилось.
