  1. The location was great: quiet family neighbourhood walking distance from the city centre. If you don't like walking, there is a bus stop nearby plus a train station a bit further away ( it was very convenient – just 1 station away from the Cracow main station and a quick and easy way to get to Wieliczka or Grzegórzki & Kazimierz districts of the city).
  2. Heated floors in the bathroom were a nice surprise.
  3. The gents at the reception were very nice and helpful.
