This isn’t your typical cramped Old Town rental where you’re bumping elbows with tour groups every time you step outside. The street’s tucked just enough away from the main Rynek Główny chaos that you actually get some peace, but you’re still close enough to walk to everything that matters in about five minutes.

What really got me was how they’ve done up these apartments – I mean, you know how some places slap “loft” on anything with high ceilings? This actually feels like one. The space has character without trying too hard, and there’s proper room to spread out your stuff (which, let’s be honest, is rare in Krakow’s Old Town). The kitchen’s actually functional too – not just some sad mini-fridge situation. I watched people coming and going during my stay, and you could tell they weren’t just passing through for a night. Families were cooking breakfast, couples were planning their days over coffee… that kind of thing that tells you a place works for real life, not just Instagram shots.

Here’s what you should know practically speaking – parking in this area is always going to be a bit of a dance, but they’ll sort you out with options that won’t make you want to cry at the daily rates. The building itself has that solid, old Krakow feel without the creaky floors and questionable plumbing you sometimes get. And honestly? The 9.3 rating makes sense once you’re there. It’s not flashy or trying to be the coolest place in town, but everything just… works. The check-in was straightforward, the place was actually clean (properly clean, not just surface-level), and when I had a question about getting to the train station, they knew exactly which tram to catch and where to buy tickets. You know what I mean – the kind of local knowledge that saves you from wandering around looking lost. If you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights and want somewhere that feels less like a hotel room and more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  We had travelled as a family group (all adults) and the rooms and space were excellent. The Kitchen/living area worked really well for us all to gather to eat or make plans for the following day.
  The location in the old city means that everything is walking distance and the building and surrounding area have a lot of interest and character. You are far enough away from the Bars and clubs that noise is not a problem. There are plenty of local cafes, shops and amazing bakeries within a few minutes of the apartment block. Overall everyone in our group found it comfortable and even with eight people it never felt that we were on top of each other.
  
  What could be improved: There are a lot of stairs as we were at the top of the building, wasn't a problem for our group but something to be aware of.
  The outside area in the middle of the block is a mess, overgrown and overflowing bins, which is a shame as it could be a nice addition if there was somewhere to sit out in the shade on the hotter days.

  I really enjoyed staying in the apartment; it was very cozy and warm, equipped with all necessary household appliances (fridge, oven, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, etc.). The location was also fantastic—just a 5-15 minute walk to all the major sights and tourist spots, like Wawel Castle, the Main Square, and museums.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, there was no elevator in the building, and my 65-year-old mother-in-law found it quite difficult to climb the stairs to the apartment. Sadly, I didn’t notice the lack of an elevator in the description. However, if you're not an elderly person, the apartment is perfect for exploring Krakow!

  The apartment is very well equipped. On entry, it feels spacious and airy. It’s like stepping into a little oasis. The communal areas (the stairwell) is in need of renovation but as soon as you step into the apartment you forget about that. The location is great. The beds are super comfy.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the top floor so you need to be prepared to climb a number of stairs (this was not an issue for us). This is an apartment block and the stairwell could do with a coat of paint – the apartment is finished to a high standard but the entrance to the block isn’t.
