  If you need quick access to ICE, it's very well located. The apartment is quiet, and the balcony is a nice bonus. Bathroom is recently renovated.
  
  What could be improved: It looks worse than on photos, it's pretty worn out and most of the things are of lowest quality. The bed is narrow for the size of the flat, and the mattress (super soft spring based) and pillows are like the cheapest IKEA stuff and are not comfy at all. A decent bed is crucial for a traveller's good rest and overall image about the place, the property owners should not save money on this.
