The location on Lubicz street puts you right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to the Old Town (maybe 10-15 minutes if you don’t get distracted by all the cafes), but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the weekend party crowds stumbling past your window at 3 AM.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to make the place feel genuinely upscale without being stuffy. The apartments – and I mean actual apartments, not those tiny hotel rooms they sometimes try to pass off as suites – have proper kitchens with full-sized fridges, which is a game-changer when you’re staying more than a couple nights. I actually cooked breakfast a few times, something I never bother with at regular hotels. The design leans modern without being cold, if that makes sense. Clean lines, good lighting, and they’ve clearly invested in decent mattresses – I’m picky about sleep and had zero complaints there. The shower pressure was excellent too, which sounds trivial until you’ve had a few disappointing European hotel experiences.

The staff deserves a mention because they struck that perfect balance between helpful and not hovering. Check-in was smooth, they knew the neighborhood well enough to give solid restaurant recommendations (skip the tourist traps on Floriańska and head to the places they suggested instead), and when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning, someone was up to fix it within an hour. That 9.5 rating isn’t inflated – it’s earned. The building itself is quiet, which matters more than you’d think in a city where trams run frequently and construction seems to be everywhere. I could actually work from the apartment during the day without noise being an issue. My only tiny gripe would be that the elevator is a bit slow, but that’s being nitpicky. If you’re looking for something that gives you more space and flexibility than a hotel but still has that polished, taken-care-of feeling, this place delivers. Plus, there’s something satisfying about having your own key to an actual apartment door rather than fumbling with hotel key cards.
