  The apartment is not big, but everything is available for living and in good conditions. The location is great: supermarket, restaurants, couple of children playgrounds. A lot of parking lots available but should be paid additionally.

  Jest dobrze. Polecam. Mając na względzie udział w konferencji na ul. Fabrycznej 13 to lokalizacja idealna. Jest czysto. Wyposażenie adekwatne, wystarczające /zmywarka, pralka/. Na osiedlu cicho, choć Supermarket "ze wszystkim" jest w tym samym budynku, wejście obok klatki /można zejść w piżamie/. Bardzo blisko do kompleksu kongresowego z restauracjami, kawiarniami, siłownią….. W mieszkaniu też cicho. Za parking trzeba zapłacić, ale jest dostępny, wiele miejsc, 40pln za dobę wyszło/4pln za godzinę. Do komunikacji publicznej chyba blisko, ale nie sprawdzałem…
