Florianska Deluxe Apartments with Air Condition Overview
Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Krakow apartments, and Florianska Deluxe actually gets the balance right between location and comfort – which, honestly, isn’t always easy to find in Old Town. You’re literally on Floriańska Street, which means you can stumble out your door and be at the Main Square in about three minutes (I timed it after a particularly good dinner at Szara Gęś down the street).
The air conditioning thing might seem obvious to mention in the name, but you know what? Come July or August and you’ll understand why they lead with it. Most of these historic buildings feel like ovens in summer, but these apartments stay pleasantly cool. The units themselves feel properly renovated – not that half-hearted job you sometimes get where they’ve just slapped some IKEA furniture in a medieval shell. The kitchens are actually functional if you want to grab some pierogi from the market at Plac Nowy and heat them up, though with all the restaurants within walking distance, I barely used mine.
What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re basically in the heart of everything. Floriańska can get busy during the day with people heading to and from the Barbican, but once evening settles in, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury resort territory, but it’s solid and well-thought-out. Check-in was smooth (they actually showed up when they said they would, which isn’t always a given with apartment rentals), and the place was spotless when I arrived.
The location really is the killer feature here, though I hate using that phrase because every place claims great location. But seriously – you’re a two-minute walk from St. Florian’s Gate, five minutes from Cloth Hall, and if you want to venture into Kazimierz for the evening, it’s just a pleasant fifteen-minute stroll across the river. Plus, if you’re arriving by train, the walk from Krakow Główny with luggage is totally manageable, unlike some places I’ve stayed where you need a sherpa to haul your bags up medieval staircases. The building has an elevator, which might sound trivial until you’re dealing with a week’s worth of luggage on your third trip up stone steps.

Very enjoyable. Would recommend a visit to krakow – Christine from United Kingdom – July 1, 2025 (8/10)
The location was fantastic. Very clean.
What could be improved: Great for a short break. The living area has no windows/natural light so a bit dingy for a longer time stay. The street below can be a bit noisy long into the early morning but expected to come with the great location.Wonderful – Mcquirk from United Kingdom – June 8, 2025 (9/10)
Spacious, bright and clean. In a brilliant location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
What could be improved: Lots of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The balcony did not have a view.Fabulous even tho lack of sleep – Julie from United Kingdom – June 7, 2025 (8/10)

Excellent location in the old town. Walking distance to the central tourist attractions. Also easy to get to the train for the airport & the tram for exploring further afield.
What could be improved: It was a bit noisy but that's what you get for a central location.A must for old town enthusiasts – Twan from Germany – April 13, 2025 (9/10)
Perfectly located and with super vibe of the old town

City Break – Nicola from United Kingdom – March 31, 2025 (9/10)
The location is excellent , good facilities and quick to respond to questions. Water needed to be hotter in the shower. Loved Krakow.
Good find in the old town – Annija from Latvia – March 17, 2025 (8/10)
The apartment (a normal Ikea kitchen, a table to eat at, a comfortable large sofa and a bed in one room) is in the heart of the old town, or when you leave it, you immediately find yourself in the tourist stream. It was very convenient to get the keys at the reception, the administration communicated smoothly in the app. The bathroom of my apartment had a bathtub, which was a big bonus after a tiring day. If I needed an apartment in the old town of Krakow, I would stay again. The cleanliness and freshness of the apartment – normal, not the freshest renovation, but absolutely within the norm.
What could be improved: My windows faced the street, so it was a little noisy, until about 2 am. In the morning the street was quiet, but the cleaner cleaned the apartments next door quite loudly. With my fragile sleep, it was difficult to enjoy the morning hours.Very Good – Zaharizal from Malaysia – March 2, 2025 (8/10)
The room is good and clean. The premises also have an elevator, making it easy for guests to carry luggage to the upper floor rooms.
