The building itself is quieter than I expected for a 3-star spot, though you’ll definitely hear some street noise if you’re facing the main road (ask for a courtyard-facing room if you’re a light sleeper). The whole area has this residential feel where you’ll see actual locals going about their day, not just tourists wandering around with maps. There’s a decent little café about two blocks down that the front desk mentioned – nothing fancy, but they do proper coffee and the kind of pastries that disappear by 10 AM because the locals know what’s up. Honestly, for an 8.6 rating, I was expecting maybe some rough edges, but aside from the elevator being a bit temperamental (take the stairs if you’re only going up two floors), everything exceeded what I’d normally expect from this price range. It’s the kind of place where you realize you’re getting more value than you paid for, which doesn’t happen as often as it should when you’re traveling.

  Very nice clean apartment, very close to the tram station. A 24h mini market was just 2 minutes of walking distance.

  Very nice apartment – minimalist way but we had all what we needed. Beds very very comfortable. For cooking you need to bring your own oil, salt, sugar…
  
  It is a very good location, only 15-20 minutes walk to the old city center and 20 minutes walk to the castle. Tram stop, shops, restaurants or bakery close to the apartment, too.
  
  We enjoyed our stay. We also booked the garage with our reservation as in the city center they apply parking policy.
  The window was facing railway track but with closed windows (winter time) we hardly could hear any noise.

  Friendly responsive staff, flexible to accommodate our payment till after our daytrip meaning she came on her Sunday morning. We appreciate the dedication. Brought more towels as we requested on the same day, very friendly. It is probably more a work apartment than a vacation one but it was homey enough.
