Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place: the staff actually seems to enjoy working there. You can tell the difference, you know? Check-in was smooth without being robotic, and when I asked about local restaurants, the front desk guy gave me three solid recommendations that weren’t just the touristy spots everyone suggests. The housekeeping team keeps things spotless without being intrusive – they’ve got that timing down where you never feel like you’re in their way. Sure, it’s not the kind of place where they’ll arrange helicopter tours or stock your minibar with champagne, but if you want a comfortable base for exploring without paying resort prices, it’s honestly perfect. The location turned out to be way better than I expected too – quiet enough for actual sleep but close enough to everything that matters. I’ve stayed at plenty of places that cost twice as much and delivered half the value.   There is a beautiful sitting area full of art and antiques , and a little patio.
  
  The room is basic but fine.
  
  There is no fridge or kettle in the room, but if you ask the staff they will put your food in the fridge or get you a cup of hot water.
  
  There is also an iron and ironing board by reception.
  
  And there is an elevator so no need to carry bags up the stairs
  
  The location is great. 7 minute walk to the Jewish quarter, the wawel castle and 3 minutes to chabad.
