My room was on the fourth floor, and while the elevator’s a bit slow (fair warning if you’re in a rush), the hallways are surprisingly quiet. I was worried about street noise, but honestly, once you’re settled in for the night, it’s pretty peaceful. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable without being flashy – think quality basics done right. The shower pressure is solid, the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, and the beds are that perfect middle ground between firm and soft.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – they don’t oversell themselves. The breakfast is simple but fresh, the common areas are genuinely comfortable rather than just Instagram-ready, and the whole place has this relaxed vibe where you can actually unwind. I noticed they get a mix of business travelers and tourists, which usually means a place has figured out how to appeal to people who actually know what they want from a hotel. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you spend a night there – it’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what a good hotel should be. If you’re looking for somewhere that’ll take care of you without any pretense or hassle, this place delivers.

  The hotel was in a great location 10 minute walk to the square. The rooms were modern and clean lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay here again when in Krakow highly recommend.
