The beds are comfortable in that firm, European way that takes a night to get used to but then you sleep like a rock. I could hear some street noise during the day, but nothing that bothered me at night – the windows are clearly good quality.

Here’s something I really appreciated: they have this small breakfast room that overlooks a quiet courtyard, and the morning spread is simple but fresh. Local breads, good coffee, and they always have these amazing seasonal jams – probably from somewhere nearby, though I never thought to ask. You’ll see a mix of business travelers and couples, mostly European but some Americans too. The whole vibe is relaxed, like everyone’s figured out that this is just a really solid choice without any pretension. Plus, there’s a little lobby area with comfortable chairs where you can plan your day or wait for friends – I ended up using it more than I expected.   Location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. Breakfast is the best I have ever tried. It is possible to use the luggage room in case you came earlier than check in time or your bus/train leaves later than check out.
