The staff actually remembers your name after one interaction (not just because they’re reading it off a screen), and honestly, that sets the tone for everything else.

What really impressed me was how they’ve nailed the details that most five-star places completely miss. The rooms are spacious, sure, but it’s things like the blackout curtains that actually block out light, shower pressure that doesn’t disappoint, and – this might sound weird – but the air conditioning runs whisper-quiet. I’m a light sleeper, so trust me on this one. The beds are that perfect firm-but-soft situation where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re drowning in pillows. And you know what? The mini-bar prices aren’t completely outrageous, which is refreshing for a place this upscale.

With a 9.4 rating, you’d expect excellence, and honestly, they deliver on it. It’s the kind of place where the luxury feels effortless rather than performed, if that makes sense. Worth every penny, especially if you’re celebrating something special or just want to feel properly pampered for a few days.

  The hotel is in the old part of the city, a short walk from the square. It is modernly renovated and offers the comfort of a 5* hotel. In the morning it offers a very good breakfast, with a wide choice of food. We had 3 rooms and all were quiet, quite spacious, with large and modern bathrooms.
