Wawel Castle is maybe a 15-minute stroll, the Jewish Quarter in Kazimierz is totally walkable, and there’s a tram stop practically outside the door if your feet give out from all the cobblestone wandering. The staff seemed genuinely helpful with directions too – not just pointing vaguely but actually explaining which streets to take. That 8.4 rating it’s got? Yeah, I can see why. It’s not trying to be fancy or boutique-y, just a really solid, well-run hotel that does the basics exceptionally well. Perfect if you want a clean, comfortable base without paying old town premium prices for essentially the same location.
