You know what hit me first about Hotel Justyna? The lobby actually feels like someone’s really stylish home rather than another generic hotel entrance. I mean, they’ve got this warm lighting thing figured out – not too bright, not trying to be a nightclub, just… right. The staff genuinely seemed to know what they were doing during check-in, which honestly shouldn’t be remarkable but somehow is these days.

The thing is, this place gets the details that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere. The rooms are properly quiet – and I’m someone who usually travels with earplugs because you never know what you’re going to get. The beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you slept in quicksand, and the shower pressure is solid. There’s decent space to actually unpack if you’re staying more than a night, which is something I always appreciate but hotels often seem to forget about. The Wi-Fi works throughout the building (tested it in the lobby, room, and hallways because I’m paranoid about these things), and the air conditioning responds when you adjust it – small miracles, really.

What I particularly liked was how the place feels settled, if that makes sense. It’s not trying too hard to be trendy or chase whatever design fad is happening this year. The 4-star rating feels accurate – it’s polished and comfortable without being stuffy or overpriced. The common areas have this lived-in quality where you can actually imagine hanging out with a coffee or planning your day without feeling like you’re disrupting some pristine display. Honestly, the 8.7 rating doesn’t surprise me at all. It’s the kind of place where the small things work properly – door keys that don’t require three attempts, elevators that come when you call them, housekeeping that doesn’t wake you up at 7 AM. Sometimes that’s all you really want from a hotel, you know? A place that just does what it’s supposed to do well, without drama or unpleasant surprises. If you’re looking for somewhere reliable that won’t disappoint, Hotel Justyna delivers on that promise pretty consistently.

  Good location, 15 minutes to the center by tram. Very good breakfast, clean, individual heating in the room (you can turn on the batteries). The staff is very friendly. Will I return to this hotel? Yes !

  It's a very nice building in a perfect location next to a large park and close to the arena, next to a tram station. Super friendly staff and everything was as advertised. Breakfast was perfect and nice presented.

  Very clean, great location (tram to get to the city centre is right next to the hotel and it takes 10-15min), renovated modern rooms, nice and attentive staff. They went above and beyond for us with breakfast as we were the only guests (xmas time).

  Perfect location for a concert at the arean. Big room. Nice toiletry facilities and free water in the rooms.
  Restaurant open goof times of day so perfect to have food before an evening flight.

  The room exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms and a separate space for our daughter. The location was easy to get to, and it is also convenient if you like to take a tram and explore the Old Town of Krakow as there is a direct line to the old town which takes approximately 15 mins. The staff in the hotel is extremely nice and helpful, we appreciate that! The breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. Thank You!
