When I walked into the lobby, there wasn’t any of that over-the-top marble and gold situation – just really solid design choices that actually make sense. I found myself grabbing coffee from this little place around the corner most mornings instead of the hotel breakfast – though honestly, their breakfast was perfectly fine, I just like exploring. The area gets quiet at night, which means you’ll actually sleep, but it’s not dead quiet in that slightly creepy way some hotel districts can be. If you’re someone who likes to walk places, you’ll be happy – if you’re planning to Uber everywhere anyway, well, that works too. The staff gave me solid recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots, which tells me they actually know the area instead of just reading from a script. It’s the kind of place where everything works the way it should, without any nasty surprises or weird quirks you have to work around.

  Very charming hotel in an excellent location. Big room, beds supercomfy and fast wi-fi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast where you can choose from different set menues plus a amall buffet. Easy walk to many points of interest and both taxi stand and tram stop 20 ms from the hotel.

  The staff is good, the hotel and rooms are wonderful for middle age lovers. But the place of this nice hotel is strategic – in the heart of the Old City. Great choice for a couple days in Krakow!
