Most people don’t realize you can actually stay right here, tucked away on one of those cobblestone streets that feels like a movie set.

The apartment itself is honestly pretty solid for what you’re paying. It’s got that 3-star vibe where everything works fine, nothing’s fancy, but you’re not roughing it either. I actually appreciated that it felt more like borrowing someone’s actual apartment rather than staying in some sterile hotel room – there’s something refreshing about having a proper kitchen and not feeling like you need to eat out for every meal. The 8.3 rating makes sense because, well, the location is doing most of the heavy lifting here. Step outside and you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Castle Square, which is pretty incredible when you think about it. I mean, most hotels with this kind of proximity to major sights would cost twice as much.

What really gets me about Miodowa Street specifically is how quiet it gets after the day-trippers head back to their hotels in the newer districts. During the day, yeah, you’ll hear the tour groups and street musicians, but evenings have this almost magical quality where you feel like you have the Old Town to yourself. The only thing I’d mention – and this isn’t really a complaint, more of a heads up – is that those historic streets weren’t exactly designed for modern conveniences, so if you’re coming with lots of luggage, just know you might be doing some walking on uneven stones. Also, parking is basically nonexistent right there, but honestly, you won’t need a car anyway since everything worth seeing is walkable, and the tram connections are actually pretty good from that area. I found myself grabbing coffee at those little cafes on Freta Street most mornings, which is just a pleasant five-minute stroll away, and there’s something pretty special about starting your day in a neighborhood where Chopin used to hang out – though I suppose that’s true for half of Warsaw, isn’t it?

  The location was convenient. Shopping and restaurants were close, and it was walking distance to the castle in one direction and the Jewish quarter in another. I t was clean and neat, and everything was as described.

  The location was perfect for every destination in my trip . Pretty convenient location next to the center,the old town as well as the metro station to use it for the visits outside the City as the Auschwitz or the Salt Mine. Also many local bars ,street food choices and supermarkets around the neighborhood .

  The location was great. It’s near to tourist attractions and a tram station. The ground floor is a salon that was opened till night time so it makes the neighborhood less empty when going back to the accommodation as a solo traveler.
