I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to InPoint Central Apartments on Grzegórzecka, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The reception area is tucked into what looks like a regular residential building, and for a split second I thought I’d gotten the address wrong. But here’s the thing about this place: it’s actually brilliant in its understated approach.

The location is one of those “if you know, you know” spots that locals love. You’re right in Grzegórzki, which means you can walk to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes (I timed it), but you’re far enough out that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos and those ridiculous summer crowds around the Main Square. There’s a Żabka convenience store literally around the corner – trust me, you’ll appreciate this at 10 PM when you realize you need water or snacks. The tram stops are close enough that you can hear them rumble by occasionally, but it’s not intrusive noise, more like city white noise that actually helped me sleep.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment privacy. The apartments themselves feel genuinely lived-in rather than sterile – good kitchen setups with actual full-sized fridges (not those tiny hotel minibars), decent water pressure in the showers, and windows that actually open properly for fresh air. The WiFi works everywhere, which honestly isn’t always a given in Krakow’s older buildings. I stayed during a particularly warm September, and the units stayed surprisingly cool without cranking AC all day. You know what’s nice? They give you proper coffee setup, not just instant packets. Small thing, but it matters when you’re trying to ease into Polish time zones.

The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not flashy – there’s no lobby bar or concierge in a fancy uniform – but everything just works the way it should. Check-in was smooth, they actually answered their phone when I called with a question about parking (which, by the way, you’ll want to sort out ahead of time because street parking in that area can be a bit of a treasure hunt). The cleaning staff clearly knows what they’re doing; I extended my stay and they managed the transition seamlessly.

If I’m being completely honest, it’s perfect for people who want to feel like temporary Krakow residents rather than obvious tourists. You’ll walk past the same café every morning, nod to the same shopkeeper, maybe even recognize some faces. It’s that kind of neighborhood. Plus, when friends ask where you stayed, you can give them the address and watch them look confused until they find it – there’s something satisfying about discovering a place that doesn’t scream “HOTEL” from the street.

  This is our second time here, and still excellent experience for the family of four. Perfect place to stay next to the Old Town of Krakow. The appartment was convenient, everything as advertised. Underground parking is available for extra fee.

  Quite challenging to enter/ exist the parking at first (undersand which door leads where).
  But those were only minor disturbances.

  The location was amazing. Really close to the historical area and the central station.

  What could be improved: We were a couple with two kids so the size was good but would not recommend it for 4 adults, as the sofa bed is not very comfortable if you are staying many nights.

  Great location, easy to walk to town. Tram stop next to the property. There Is also a ticket machine there so you don't need to worry if you don't have a ticket, coffee shop at the corner of the property, a shop at the back, and everything is accessible. Very nice staff at reception as well.
  
  What could be improved: We had an issue with the first room where the TV was not working but this was promptly addressed and a new room was given to us shortly after.

  This was one of the most comfortable apartments in which we've stayed. Spacious and modern, very light and an easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. A big Delicatessy close by and an interesting street view. I'd be happy to return to Krakow and to this accommodation. No noise from neighbouring apartments!
  
  What could be improved: We would have loved to have been provided with a toaster and a corkscrew, but contented with everything that was there.
