  Reception staff were friendly and check in was easy, apartment was clean and well equipped, not too far from train station and close to shops and Old Town.. there was also a maintenance problem which was attended to promptly.
  The bed was the only negative..
  I left something there and one of the staff rang me to notify me and then offered to post it to me.. I appreciated his kindness very much.

  Very nice and cosy place, walking distance to the city center. Room and kitchen is fully equipted, wifi runs on 100%. Also the place is very quiet, we got a proper rest after enjoying Krakow town

  It was really close to the center ( 10-15 min by walk ) , The apartment had everything and it was super clean + we got a window and a street view which in most cases you have to pay 4 times more to just get a window let alone a street view. Everything was clear from start to finish , beds were really comfortable , nothing bad to say about it 🙂
