Jacuzzi City Kraków Overview
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first heard the name “Jacuzzi City” – honestly, it sounds a bit like something you’d find in Vegas, not Kraków. But this 3-star spot actually surprised me in the best way possible. The moment you walk in, there’s this modern, almost minimalist vibe that feels refreshingly clean after wandering around Kraków’s beautifully chaotic Old Town all day.
The jacuzzi situation is obviously the main draw here, and I mean, they’re not messing around with the name. Each room has its own private jacuzzi setup, which sounds gimmicky until you’ve spent eight hours walking on cobblestones and your feet are screaming at you. There’s something ridiculously satisfying about soaking in hot water while looking out at the city – especially during those gray Polish winter afternoons when the light fades by 4 PM. The rooms themselves are surprisingly spacious for a 3-star place, with this sleek, contemporary design that doesn’t feel cheap or thrown together. Sure, you’re not getting marble everything, but the finishes are solid and everything actually works (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given).
What really won me over was how the staff seemed to actually care about the details. Check-in was smooth, they had decent local recommendations that went beyond the obvious tourist traps, and when I mentioned I was dealing with some construction noise from across the street one morning, they offered to switch my room without making it feel like a huge favor. The location works well if you want to be close enough to walk to the main sights but far enough to avoid the bachelor party crowds that can take over the central areas on weekends. You’re maybe a 15-minute stroll to the Market Square, but you can actually get a decent night’s sleep. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle – there’s limited street parking, and you might end up circling a few blocks, but that’s pretty standard for this part of the city. The 8.7 rating makes total sense to me; it’s one of those places that doesn’t promise the moon but delivers really well on what it does offer. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was coming back in winter when that jacuzzi would feel like pure luxury after a day of sightseeing in the cold.

The place is near the train station, close to city center, 10 minutes walk. The apartment is in a new building complex, closed, with underground parking. The place is clean, you have kitchen tools. The big plus is the jacuzzi in the living room, and the sauna in another room. Clean and quiet.
