Jacuzzi City Kraków Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Jacuzzi City Kraków on Rakowicka Street, you immediately get that “wait, this is actually in Old Town?” feeling. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Kraków here — the kind of location where you can stumble out the front door and be at the main square in minutes. This three-star place doesn’t try to be something it’s not, but honestly, that’s part of its charm. The building has that solid, unpretentious vibe that tells you they’ve focused their energy on the stuff that actually matters.
The Location Sweet Spot
Here’s what I love about this spot — you get all the benefits of being in Old Town without the tourist trap chaos right outside your window. Rakowicka is one of those streets that locals actually use, so you’ll see real Kraków life happening around you. The couples who stay here absolutely get it (they rate the location 9.2, which honestly makes perfect sense). You can walk to Wawel Castle, hit up the Cloth Hall, or just wander the cobblestone streets whenever the mood strikes. Plus, there’s something refreshing about having free parking right on site when you’re this central — trust me, that’s not something you find everywhere in Old Town.
What’s in a Name
Okay, so the jacuzzi situation is obviously the main draw here, and I get why they put it right in the name. Each room comes with its own jacuzzi setup, which is actually pretty brilliant when you think about it. After spending the day walking around Kraków’s medieval streets (beautiful, but your feet will remind you they’re centuries old), having that option to soak in your own space hits differently. It’s not trying to be some fancy spa experience — it’s just a really practical amenity that makes sense for travelers who want to unwind properly.
The Practical Stuff
The rooms themselves are straightforward and clean, which is exactly what you want when the real attraction is the city outside your door. You know what impressed me most? The little details that show they actually think about what guests need. The Wi-Fi works properly, the water pressure is solid, and everything just functions the way it should. Sometimes that’s more valuable than fancy amenities that look good in photos but don’t actually make your stay better. The staff seems to understand that most people are here to explore Kraków, not hang out in the lobby, so they keep things efficient and helpful without being overly formal about it.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to be the fanciest place you’ve ever stayed, but it nails the fundamentals in a way that actually matters. The location score of 9.2 tells the whole story — you’re getting prime Old Town access without paying prime Old Town prices. The jacuzzi thing might sound gimmicky until you’re actually using it after a long day of sightseeing. And honestly, having reliable parking in this part of the city is worth its weight in gold if you’re driving. It’s the kind of place that works really well for people who want to spend their time and money on experiencing Kraków, not just on where they sleep.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Krakow through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for experiencing the city’s medieval charm and cultural heritage.

The place is near the train station, close to city center, 10 minutes walk. The apartment is in a new building complex, closed, with underground parking. The place is clean, you have kitchen tools. The big plus is the jacuzzi in the living room, and the sauna in another room. Clean and quiet.
