Kasia met us at check-in and walked us through everything, pointing out quirky stuff like which burner heats up fastest and where the good coffee shop is around the corner. The whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense – like someone’s well-organized friend’s apartment rather than a rental property that gets flipped between guests.

What really sold me was the little touches that show they get what travelers need. There’s actually enough outlets near the bed for your phone charger, decent hangers in the closet (not those awful attached ones), and proper blackout curtains that don’t leave a two-inch gap letting street light pour in all night. The location turned out to be one of those perfect spots that looks random on a map but puts you walking distance from the stuff you actually want to see – though honestly, having Lukasz’s recommendations for restaurants made a bigger difference than being next to tourist central. The building itself is quiet, which surprised me since we were there during what seemed like peak season. Parking was… well, it’s Europe, so it’s complicated, but they warned us ahead of time and suggested alternatives that actually worked out cheaper anyway. Look, it’s not going to wow you with a rooftop pool or room service, but if you want a clean, comfortable base where the owners treat you like a friend rather than a credit card number, this place delivers exactly what those ratings suggest it will.

  Very cosy and clean apartment, with all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay: a bedroom, kitchen complete with everything, washing machine, TV channels in different languages. Interesting design, our daughter liked the upstairs bed so much! The position is central, just few minutes walk to the city center. Many supermarkets, restaurants and bars just in the surrounding area. Magda, the host, was very helpful, and automatic check was easy. Will definitely stay here once more when we will return to Krakow.

  The apartments are great. The place is very convenient. We parked the car on the street right next to the house, parking is paid. We found everything we needed: a hairdryer, an iron… The hosts explained everything well before arriving, so we found everything easily and quickly. The experience was very positive.

  Nicely maintained flat 10-15 min walk from the market square. Quiet neighborhood, paid parking in front of the facility. I really enjoyed the process of getting key: like doing a kind of quest 🤣 Easy and enjoyable one though 😊 One thing: the building is old, there is no lift. It is only 2nd floor but if your luggage is heavy…it can be tough.
