Kasia&Lukasz Apartments Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Kasia&Lukasz Apartments on Librowszczyzna Street, you immediately get that feeling you’ve struck gold — this three-star property sits right in the beating heart of Krakow’s Old Town, and I mean really in it. The building has that authentic Polish charm without trying too hard, and honestly, the location alone makes you feel like you’ve got insider access to the city. You know what impressed me most? How quiet it actually is despite being so central — these old streets have a way of muffling the tourist buzz once you step inside.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about staying at Kasia&Lukasz Apartments — you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from everything that matters in Krakow. The Main Market Square is practically on your doorstep, but you’re tucked away enough that you won’t be dealing with crowds right outside your window. I found myself wandering to St. Mary’s Basilica for morning coffee, then popping back to drop off shopping bags before heading out again. The narrow cobblestone streets around here are lined with those little cafes and bars that locals actually frequent, not just the tourist traps. Plus, having on-site parking in this part of the city is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving.
The Apartment Experience
What sets this place apart is that you’re getting a proper apartment, not just a hotel room with a mini-fridge. The spaces feel lived-in and comfortable — I mean that in the best way possible. You’ve got a real kitchen where you can actually cook (which comes in handy when you want to grab fresh bread and local cheese from the morning markets), and the living areas give you room to spread out after long days of sightseeing. The decor strikes that perfect balance between modern comfort and respecting the historic character of the building.
Practical Comforts
Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of Old Town accommodations where “historic charm” is code for “good luck with the WiFi and hot water.” That’s not the case here — everything just works the way it should. The apartments are well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, with those little touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. Having a washing machine available was honestly a lifesaver during my week-long stay, and the heating kept things cozy even during those chilly Krakow evenings when the stone buildings can feel a bit cold.
Why Guests Love It
The 9.1 rating really tells the story here, but what struck me most was how couples seem to absolutely love this place — they’ve rated the location 9.5 for romantic getaways, and I can see why. There’s something special about having your own little Polish apartment in the Old Town, being able to duck in and out as you please, maybe grab a bottle of wine and some local treats to enjoy at home. You get that authentic living-in-Krakow feeling while still having all the comforts you need. It’s the kind of place where you start planning your return visit before you’ve even checked out.

Cosy apartment with great location and a very friendly owner 🙂
Olga from Italy (10/10)
Very cosy and clean apartment, with all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay: a bedroom, kitchen complete with everything, washing machine, TV channels in different languages. Interesting design, our daughter liked the upstairs bed so much! The position is central, just few minutes walk to the city center. Many supermarkets, restaurants and bars just in the surrounding area. Magda, the host, was very helpful, and automatic check was easy. Will definitely stay here once more when we will return to Krakow.
Chirag from India (10/10)

Dovilė from Lithuania (10/10)
The apartments are great. The place is very convenient. We parked the car on the street right next to the house, parking is paid. We found everything we needed: a hairdryer, an iron… The hosts explained everything well before arriving, so we found everything easily and quickly. The experience was very positive.
Svitlana from Ukraine (10/10)
The apartment was very clean, full of all the necessary staff, and close to the old city. Also, Thanksgiving to the manager, it was easy to get there. So, it was enjoying to stay in this place regarding the cozy and comfort of the apartment, polite and attentive staff and proximity to the center.

Yevheniya from Ukraine (10/10)
Nicely maintained flat 10-15 min walk from the market square. Quiet neighborhood, paid parking in front of the facility. I really enjoyed the process of getting key: like doing a kind of quest 🤣 Easy and enjoyable one though 😊 One thing: the building is old, there is no lift. It is only 2nd floor but if your luggage is heavy…it can be tough.
