The location is what really makes this place special, and I mean that in a very specific way. You’re right in the heart of Kazimierz – not touristy-heart where you can’t escape the crowds, but actually-living-in-the-neighborhood heart. I could walk to those little cafés on Szeroka Street in about three minutes, grab pierogi from that place locals line up for on Miodowa, and still come home to this peaceful spot overlooking the river. The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home (in the best sense) – there’s real furniture, not hotel-generic stuff, and the kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to cook. I made coffee there every morning and watched the sunrise hit the water, which honestly became my favorite part of each day.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re so close to everything. The building sits just far enough from the main Kazimierz action that you get the river sounds instead of drunk tourists at 2 AM – trust me, that matters more than you think. The whole setup feels authentic in a way that’s getting harder to find. I mean, sure, the bathroom could use some updating and the WiFi occasionally decided to take breaks, but those feel like minor complaints when you’re paying this price for this location with this view. The 9.4 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be some luxury hotel, it’s just doing everything really well for what it is. If you’re the type who wants to actually experience Kraków instead of just visiting it, this is exactly the kind of place you want to base yourself in.

  Красивая, стильная квартира рядом со старым городом. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяева отзывчивые. Отвечают очень быстро.
  Рядом есть парковка, но она платная.
  Можно оставить машину недалеко, но на свое усмотрение. Мы поставили на 10 дней. Все было хорошо.
  Идеальный вариант для отдыха.

  Sehr nettes Appartement in schöner Lage in Kazimierz, mit parkseitigem Balkon, direkt an der Weichsel, die Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar.
  Die Gastgeberin hat uns am Vortag alle wichtigen Infos geschickt und war auch für Rückfragen immer sofort erreichbar.
  Nicht ganz billig, aber Krakau ist zuletzt im Allgemeinen sehr teuer geworden.
  Haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

  Bardzo przestronny apartament. Swobodnie można się poczuć nawet w kilka osób. Komfortowo i z klimatem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Tramwaj niedaleko. Dużo dobrego jedzenia w okolicy.
