The apartments have this understated charm that feels more like staying in a neighborhood than being stuck in some generic hotel bubble.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. I’m someone who usually travels with earplugs because city hotels can be brutal, but here? You actually hear normal residential sounds – maybe a neighbor’s TV through thin walls around 9 PM, then just… silence. The apartments themselves are exactly what you’d expect from the name – proper apartment setups with little kitchenettes that actually work. I made coffee every morning (decent enough grinder, by the way) and it felt refreshingly normal. The furniture isn’t Instagram-perfect, but everything’s clean and functional in that European way where form follows function without apology.

Here’s the thing that surprised me most – the staff genuinely seems to care about the place. Check-in was this easy, conversational process where the guy at the desk actually gave me useful local tips without me asking. Not the usual “there’s a restaurant downstairs” nonsense, but real suggestions about which grocery store stays open late and where to grab decent pastries in the morning. The whole vibe feels family-run, even if it isn’t technically. You get the sense that a 9.2 rating didn’t happen by accident – it’s those small touches that add up. Like how they leave proper dish soap by the sink (not some tiny hotel bottle), or the way the WiFi actually works consistently throughout the space.

I’ll be honest about the downsides too – the bathrooms are perfectly fine but nothing special, and if you’re looking for a concierge or daily housekeeping, this isn’t that kind of place. But that’s sort of the point, isn’t it? You’re getting the independence of an apartment with just enough hotel-like reliability to make it work for travelers. The location puts you in actual residential streets where you can walk to real neighborhood spots rather than tourist traps. I found myself grabbing groceries and cooking simple dinners, which sounds mundane but was actually the highlight – it made the whole trip feel less rushed and more… I don’t know, authentic? Plus parking was straightforward, which anyone who’s tried to navigate European city centers with a rental car will appreciate more than they should.

  Very clean and spacious apartment, and the location is ideal as it's in walking distance from Old Town and all the tourist attractions. There's shops and a big shopping centre just around the corner plus a big bus/tram hub making it very easy to get around the town.

  I just love this apartment!!! This was my second stay here and I’m booking this apartment for my next stay in Krakow. You have everything you need here for a perfect stay
  – fully equipped kitchen
  – washing machine (they even left one capsule so we can wash our clothes, I appreciate that so much!)
  – comfy bad
